Champlain Towers South built in 1981. Democrat Gov D. Robert Graham,

This one was built during a period of Democrat control so place credit 
where it's due.

Build it right in the first place.  Apparently Democrats were too drugged 
up in the 80s to build anything correctly.

Glazer has an agenda, peddle condo control and make money.
