I *think* the rec was made by some 'consultant' a bit below the CEO level. This does not excuse the CEO ... frankly they just tend to go along with 'advice'. Caused significant damage to The Company and its stock rating. BAD. MAYBE they'll learn ... but I fear it won't be SOON. As for "Woke" ... didn't really SEEM like that ... just "un-traditional" when the USA is leaning back to "traditional" as a sort of psych security thing. That's NOT how you Do Business ! Fire, RUIN, the 'consultant'.
