Unusual ... but maybe very effective. Samsung is a huge biz. It has a large profitable consumer-electronics sector (I'll buy Samsung over all others) but it also has a major new-chips R&D program. Each requires a slightly different mindset and skill set to be most effective. SO ... hire TWO people, each with those slightly different mindsets.
