Factitiously speaking of course.  Obama has the distinction of zero
published papers, as virtually every other student who ever set foot in
the halls of Harvard has at least one in the archives.

Some people can't write concisely or coherently to save their lives. 
Their brains and fingers simply don't work in unison.  Obama is one of
them.  Nancy Pelosi, despite her longevity in politics is another.
