Nope. The "States Rights" BS propaganda was created AFTER the civil war 
by the losers/Daughters of the Confederacy.

The Civil War was about slavery - and that's a fact -- it's in virtually 
ALL the Articles of Sucession.  The "right" they wanted was to continue 
and spread slavery.
