KKKlaun had an orgasm when he heard about this.

They shot him AFTER they sprayed him in the face and had him on the 
ground,  He's a US citizen, no criminal record, permit to carry.  His 
"crime" was filming them with his phone, and helping another protester.

And now ICE wants to cover up the killing.
