Looking For 1979 HBO Special Casino De Paris

I have been looking for this particular 1979 HBO special called Casino De Paris. 

The special aired in late Sping 1979, and HBO never showed it again after that time. 

I have been looking in vain for this. I am hoping that someone/anyone taped it off of HBO on the home video standard of the time, which was BETA before VHS.
