If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it.  :-)

I bought my old biege G3 PowerMac brand new and used it for about 20 
years before it finally broke and had to be replaced. Most of that time 
I also used a dial-up internet connection.

Too many people waste far too much money continually upgrading their 
gadgets for no real reason other than having the latest new toy to play 
with. The greedy tech companies also enforce this stupidity byt 
releasing a new model every year with a minor tweak and discontinuing 
support for still perfectly usable older devices.  :-\
