Not really. Brand names are usually only removed if there's a conflict. For example, maybe the show/film/production company/distribution company has a deal with Pepsi, so that means they remove all the Coke logos. Or perhaps the company doesn't want their logo associated with the show/film, althogh that is usually done via a lawsuit after release. They may also be removed or replaced when necessary, for example replacing a building's signage to say "Gotham City Jail". In general terms shows/movies don't bother going around purposely removing logos. It would simply be too prohibitve in terms of time and money to do so - things like cars would have to all have their badges removed or replaced.
