In BricsCad - Go RECOVER - navigate to your .SV$ file (which is in the Temp=
 folder C:\Users\XX\AppData\Local\Temp\) and Load the .SV$ file, it'll open=
 at the last autosave.

Most of your work should be there anyway !! Good luck
