Nobody is saying it is not a civil offense (which is not criminal). So is
speeding and J-walking. You just focus on the legal issues with impact
minorities more. You are a bigot.

Already responded to. It is not in contention and not relevant to being here
illegally. Also keep in mind Trump is a convicted felon who has denounced the
very idea of due process.
