Illegal immigrants come because they get jobs. What about those immigrants that create a job? Like a freelance gardener, house cleaner, old age caregiver? Fine those that hire them, knowingly? I suppose there is no exchange of papers or contracts, so they can claim ignorance. (No, I don't live in the USA.
