The US Navy will fire a few naval artillery shells weighing anywhere from 5 pounds to 2000 pounds, inland on to a Camp Pendleton, California firing range in an early celebration of the US Marine Corps birthday. To ensure the safety of passing motorists, the I-5 freeway will be briefly closed for the same period of the average vehicle accident. The ranges are safe, the Navy has done this multiple times before, no freeways were closed, and there was no mention of it in the media. The Navy generally uses San Clemente Island for gunnery practice and infrequently Camp Pendleton. The horse's ass fool of a California Democrat governor Gavin Newsom, had a fit claiming thousands of lives are at stake and the federally funded freeway could not be closed. He was trolled and wrong as usual. Of course he blamed President Donald Trump for scheduling the event on the same day as a silly disjointed left-wing protest known as "No Kings". It's a typical Democrat bullshit show with no focus and a hundred differing viewpoints on display. In the same scope, there have been over 70 space rocket launches in California alone during 2025. These rockets weigh between 1,200,000 to 7,000,000 pounds and are filled with tons of dangerous volatile fuels. They are launched with trajectories that carry them over densely populated areas filled with millions of people. The horse's ass fool of a California Democrat governor Gavin Newsom has no objection to this, inviting the media and general population to witness the events. He claims this showcases the superior advanced progress of California based industries while ignoring the danger to spectators, the general population as a whole, crime in major cities and budget deficits. You have to question the intelligence and loyalty to the US Republic, of voters who would elect someone like Newsom to public office.
