The issue isn't California commercial truck drivers, it's foreign 
drivers, often in the U.S. illegally, who get California commercial 
drivers licenses even when they can't read or speak English.

It's insane that after Ukrainian truck drivers have driven trucks deep 
into Russia and launched drones which took out a third of the Russian 
nuclear bomber forces along with numerous oil and gas refineries and 
damaged the Kremlin and nuclear power plants that clowns like 
California's Democrat governor take such a casual and nonchalant 
attitude toward unvetted foreign truck drivers replacing American truck 
drivers with such reckless disregard for national security, especially 
as Washington wages proxy wars against Russia and Iran.
