Good thoughts being thunk. Somewhere around 17 years ago I needed a 
resection for a (benign) enlarged prostate. It solved the problem 
(recurrent infections) and the routine biopsy showed two "occult" "A1" 
cancers. That means they were found without causing symptoms.
