  it's been quiet indeed.

  right now contending with extra cold weather and getting
ready to shovel a bit of snow - luckily we're too far north
to be getting ice this time around.

  otherwise, trying to find some good books to read here or
there in between winter projects.

  if i start commenting on the "admonistration" the rant
will not solve anything at all and i won't feel any better
when i'm done.
