Plaque Too?

 Hi,
    I'm conflicted. 

    I want to do a "Plaque" post for someone but she never contributed
to alt.call so far as I know nor was she a relative of a Callahaner ,
nor did I ever meet her. 

   So it wouldn't be an "official" Plaque post. 

   Is it within the "rules" to create my very own Lunar Plaque for her
far from the "official" "real" one? 

   Am I allowed to do this thing even though my eloquence is sadly
lacking? 

   Or would it smack of self-aggrandising, grandstanding narcissism
and pushiness? 

   Are there rules? Or is it all down to taste and decency? 

   Hell, is *this* wrong?
