This itself was a testament to Hoyt's backwards logic of the issue. How can=

one be "pro" free information when that one person requires to be the arbit=
er
and moderator, tagged at all times, of that information at all times?

Of course he's been dead for almost 2 decades so I imagine he's shouting
about things or demanding similar things somewhere about it
