As we noted prior, no country on the planet has ever gotten even close to
the 60% use that is required for the apps to even _begin_ to be effective, 
where even at 60%, it only catches 30% of your contacts, assuming EVERYONE
has the app.

Since that's just not realistic, it will likely catch single-digit
percentages of your contacts, and it completely misses asymptomatic cases
(which makes those single-digit percentages less than five percent) and
then there's aerosol transmission, and other known issues.

If it catches even 1 percent of your contacts, I'd be shocked.
