"Call Diverted" meaning

Hi,
        I have a LG Tracfone (AT&T network).

        Once in a while, when I am calling someone,
I see "Call Diverted" on my phone for a couple seconds, but the
call goes through.

        Tracfone tech support did not know what that means.

         Does anyone know?
