It turns out that a sharp and high sound hits the nervous system: the body wakes up, but the brain is still asleep  such regular stress will quickly turn you into a anxious person with low concentration.

However, a melodic rhythm of 100-120 beats per minute in C Major at a frequency of ~500 Hz works the opposite way: it activates the auditory cortex and wakes up the brain gradually  cortisol doesn't spike and the body gets a boost of energy for the whole day.

Scientists have even chosen ideal melodies from the standard ones on iPhone and Samsung:
 Sencha and By the Seaside for iPhone;
 Synth Bell and Roller Disco on Samsung.
