DeepFakes Complicate Finding Truth in Israel/Hamas War

It's a PROBLEM. DeepFake images, even short "videos", now
oft refined by AI techniques, are becoming rampant. You
CAN'T tell what's real and what's not without access to
very refined techniques.

I'd predicted this since day one ... and it did NOT take
long after that. Both Hamas AND Israel are keen to paint
the picture which favors THEM and THEIR official line.

Rule of thumb these days ... if it's past 24 hours since
some Significant Event - DON'T BELIEVE IT. That was 36
hours just a few years ago, but now ....

Absolutely flawless HD pix and 'phone videos' can now be
slammed together On Demand. If they look juicy the MSM
will beam them around the planet in an instant. Any
retractions ... VERY small print, so to speak ... weeks
or months later so nobody will notice.

So, a bad thing, seeing is NO LONGER believing.

So, what's LEFT ??? Can't trust audio, can't trust
photos, can't trust "witness testimony", can't trust
video. Doesn't leave much, does it ? "News"/"Truth"
for the masses appears to be DEAD. This is even worse
than what Orwell predicted because it all looks So REAL.

Long back I coined the term "DaliVerse". I think
we're there now .........

And nothing but bad will result.

I included a 'censorship' group for a reason. This is
an entirely NEW variant of censorship - an easy way
to BURY the Truth, obscure it, make 1000 lies seem
just as valid.
