   That's it - blame someone else .......

   The UK has been allowed to ROT. The govt does as much
   or more Stupid Stuff as the US govt - but the MPs sound
   SO  much better as they deflect blame and downplay
   damages done  :-)

   This borderline Orwellism will solve nothing - make
   it worse instead. State oppression = ANGER ... and
   that's leading to ORGANIZED ANGER.
