   GOVERNMENTS - those In Power - decide what is "hate
   speech". The general def is "anything that threatens
   our power/world-view/propaganda-line".

   IMHO, "hate speech" = ThoughtCrime ... and all laws
   and regs that delve into ThoughtCrime should be
   forbidden.

   I blame the inventors here, they HAD to know to
   what evil ends this tech would be put to, but
   developed it anyway.
