I'm not going to rely on the EU Government and various media companys to
determine what the facts are and which are meaningful to me to form
opinions.

Yes there is a fair amount of hype and misinformation out there. However
people need to research to form opinions and engage in discussions to
determine what the facts are and what matters to them. If the public needs
to be protected from differing viewpoints, perhaps the public should be
encouraged to think for themselves and discuss topics civily. We had this
before the governments started to interfere in education, discussions, and
trying to change the landscape of how people should be allowed to think and
various government and corporate entities organize again to reshape the
stupidity of the public for their own gains.
