Amendment. Or the Second, or the Fourth. 
In fact the whole Constitution is a

Rep. Mark Sanford, R-South Carolina, said Trump 
promised to protect several articles of the 
Constitution -- including "Article XII," even 
though the Constitution has seven articles.
