Worried college students at some universities have begun
deleting the names of pro-Palestine protesters published
online in response to Donald Trump pledging to deport
'Hamas sympathizers'.

Trump, 78, signed a January 30 executive order to cancel
the student visas of anyone who had shown support for
the Palestinian terror group.

In response, the editorial board at The Exponent, Purdue
University's student newspaper, announced in an article
that it would be 'removing the names, images and likenesses
of every such student from our website published since
Oct. 7, 2023'.

   Hopefully some un-Woke wag made backup copies  :-)

   Ask Israel, their intel people might have made
   copies so they'd know their enemies ...

   Aside, we DO have a "free speech" issue here.

   Hamas has long been an official terrorist org and
   thus supporting terrorists makes YOU a species of
   terrorist. On the flip, the 1st amendment kinda
   covers a lot of that, so long as you don't go
   beyond mere "speech" and start blowing up factories
   or beheading opponents or whatever. Free speech
   is NOT limited to only saying what happens to
   be "PC"/State-Approved.

   Trump just had to assign a committee for rooting
   out "the war on Christians" in govt - some of
   them, esp anti-abortion folks - were saying
   un-PC stuff Joe didn't like ... so he had a
   lot treated like terrorists and crushed under
   the wheel. Perfectly ok to scream for jihad
   in the name of Allah on Joe's streets though ...

   Now non-citizens - maybe IMPORTS from HamasLand -
   the usual rules and thinking MIGHT a bit different.
   They'd be 'enemy agents' instead, kinda like
   NAZI agitators during WW2.

   So, like a lot of this stuff, nothing's as easy
   as it first appears. My big hope is that Trump
   is as MAGA as he seems and won't go anti-1st.

   'College students' especially have a long rep
   for being GULLIBLE IDIOTS and jump on whatever
   ideological train the TRUE rads lead them to.
   20 years later and they'll be wearing red hats
   and pretending their youth never happened  :-)
