Yet more executive-order theater from Showman Trump.

Another example is the order banning trans athletes from women's sports,
which Trump signed surrounded by grade-school girls.  Surprised he didn't
make sure none of them had a weiner.

What's the effect of the order on the NCAA?

    The change affects only a small number of athletes. National Collegiate
    Athletic Association President Charlie Baker told a Senate panel in
    December he was aware of fewer than 10 transgender athletes among the
    530,000 competing at 1,100 member schools.
