He just passed a tax cut that favors them especially considering the
tariff taxes take up only miniscule amount of their money while the
working people have to pay much larger shares of their income to the
Treasury.

Medicaid is cut by soon being more difficult to get and keep. I just
received word that Medicare no longer covers certain tests and
treatments it used to.  Further, the BBB specifies that now each
application for Medicare compensation must be evaluated by a death
panel before being paid or rejected instead of being paid
automatically from a list of pre approved treatments.

He has also cut SS staffing making it more difficult and time
consuming to get SS.  These delays amount to benefit cuts, so yes,
Trump's BBB is also cutting SS.

Note that the BBB has put off all these changes until after the
midterms so they won't affect next year's voting.  He hopes.  But by
then the Democrats will have a pretty effective means of pointing out
the specific cuts and who will be affected by them.  When the gray
heads start seeing their medical bills will go unpaid, discover six or
eight months for SS applications or account changes instead of 2 or 3
or see COLA increases below the inflation rate, the GOP is going to
feel pain.  Already long wait times on the phone are having an eroding
effect on Republican retirees.  We oldsters VOTE.
