i use it for emphasis, you see, punctuations are meant to convey 
a certain tone or pace or breaks that occur in normal speech and 
the puncs are shortcuts for those.

of course in work settings seldom used, unless its being used in 
a campaign.. but not really for interpersonal.. unless the person 
is very mad in the head or neurotic.
