i have no thought of the day

my well of thoughts has run dry for the day.... lets see..

well you know.. ok so.. when you see a junkie or homeless person, 
its not like you feel fortunate about your own life?

do you feel grateful and fortunate after looking at a street 
person? i dont. its probably because.. idk i just dont like them.

but that's not the point, i feel fortunate, only when someone 
very close to my own situation, is worse off than me. so a 
homeless person is an ocean away, i cannot care.

i think even among homeless there must be levels, like some 
homeless would feel more fortuate than others, applying the same 
principle of existential proximity.
