generational slaves

this is a very sensitive topic, so i shall proceed with utmost 
caution and deference.

i am talking about individuals who work for the same company 
(family) as their parents.

the best analogy i have is from the movie django unchained. the 
part where before meeting monsieur candy, the lawyer introducing 
them and django comments that in a way the lawyer is candy's nigger.

these children are not in the best of circumstances, a curse has 
propogated through the generation, which is very sad. another sad 
thing i noticed is individuals who effectively become indentured 
after borrowing money from the owner.

though their loans dont carry a monetary interest, there is a 
psychic interest, which is probably worse. but there are worse 
situations to be in definitely.
