That's also the reason they make it so difficult to change, in case of 
fraud. But that's not my problem, is it? I don't commit fraud, other 
people are more pleased and cheerful to take up that opportunity. When I 
want to legitimately change my phone number I get operators matter of 
fact like you barring me from every access to the internet and its 
treasures.
