practice for those who wish to avoid beastliness.

The contrast between black and white, however, need not only refer to 
morality. The lines function equally well as critical comments on 
predetermined views or one-sidedness. Only an *OPENMINDED* *PERSON* "who 
sees a question from all sides" is fit to be called "human."
