days of divine favor, honor, and benevolence.

Lamenting present suffering (Job 30:1-31)

Job contrasts his past glory with his current humiliation, describing 
his intense physical agony and social rejection by mockers.

Vindicating moral integrity (Job 31:1-40)

Job delivers a comprehensive oath of innocence, listing specific sins he 
avoided to prove his suffering is not punitive.

Good News †

Our offense against God was completely paid for when Christ died on the 
cross (Colossians 2:14), and God openly proved this by raising Him to
