Your opinion, which carries the credibility of a dust particle.

It seems they are establishing the point that those who can't tell the 
difference between males and females have something wrong with them and 
are unfit to govern, or "rule" as Democrats see it.

Democrats have come to believe that they are rulers instead of public 
servants.
