dolf (a.k.a. -- Aaron Makker, "Qolon", etc.) threatening legal action but 
never following through:

Further investigation via a simple Google newgroup search for "dolf boek," 
"Aaron Makker," and "Qolon" (all the same mentally ill {by his own 
admission} individual) show a long history of claims (most likely false) of 
lawsuits and complaints filed but absolutely ZERO evidence of any 
follow-through nor action of these aledged lawsuits and complaints 
(indicating most likely that dolf [or whatever dominant personality is 
currently reading this] never filed any lawsuits or complaints). In other 
words, all bluff, no substance.

dolf, (or whatever you're calling yourself this week) apparently your 
self-admitted mental illnesses are preventing this from sinking in. Let's go 
over this again, shall we? I'm using simple words so you can understand. Let 
me point out to you to a little legal term that obviously you still fail to 
grasp. It's one word that you need to read slowly and 
carefully...s-l-o-w-l-y and c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y, dolf.

JURISDICTION

Read it again s-l-o-w-l-y.

Look it up in a legal dictionary.

It applies to your ridiculous, meritless threats of legal action as well as 
your frivilous complaints in this manner:

Any lawsuit or complaint you file in your country has no affect on me in my 
country where you have no J-U-R-I-S-D-I-C-T-I-O-N.

And in my country, there exists something called "freedom of speech." It's 
in a little document we like to call "the Constitution of the United 
States." You see, that document guarantees citizens in my country 
inalienable right given to us by God. And one of those is "freedom of 
speech." All that I have posted is protected under the "freedom of speech" 
clause in the U.S. Constitution. And since I have posted nothing illegal in 
any way, I have nothing to worry about since my posts are protected in my 
country and not subjected to legal action by any foreign country or foreign 
national offended by what I or any other U.S. citizen posts. My posts have 
not violated U.S. law so your attempts at censorship will fail.

I repeat, the dolf boek/Aaron Makker/Qolon/whatever personality is dominant 
today word of the day is: JURISDICTION

So your threats are meaningless, moot, invalid, laughable, and meritless. 
It's doubtful you would ever actually bring a lawsuit against someone else 
in your country because not only will no legitimate lawyer agree to 
represent you, but also a lot of information concerning your documented 
harassments, losing internet accounts due to ToS violations (usually due to 
the documented harrasments), your self-admitted mental illnesses, etc. would 
be made public record and cause any such lawsuit to be dismissed perhaps 
with prejudice.

In short, your threats are nothing more than a heaping helping of bat guano.

It seems dolf is another individual who enjoys attempting to silence 
individuals with empty threats of lawsuits. However as his past actions 
show, dolf (a.k.a. -- Aaron Makker, "Qolon," etc.) is just another sad 
individual with a pathetic website misused to confuse and libel. Just as the 
legendarily infamous Steve Winter, no one should fear dolf's empty threats 
of lawsuit since he's got no legal grounds. This behavior of dolf's shows a 
loss of touch with reality and since he has admitted to suffering from 
mental illness, it is apparent that dolf needs medical treatment for his 
mental illness which appears to be getting worse.

dolf (or whatever personality is present at the moment) your mental state is 
obviously deteriorating and you need help. Even if you found some desperate 
lawyer willing to take your case, once it got to whatever court and your 
background and mental issues would be revealed and made a part of the public 
record, the case would be dismissed. That is *IF* such a case ever went to 
trial and frankly, it never will. So your threats are meaningless, moot, 
invalid, and worthless. Your multiple identities are more than just using 
different idents in newsgroups but instead show strong signs that you suffer 
from MPS (multiple personality syndrome) due to the fact that you post under 
those names (and most likely others) but refer to each identity in the third 
person. dolf/Aaron please seek medical aid immediately for your own good. 
You've admitted you suffer from mental illness and I pray and hope you 
finally get treatment for it. I know there are medications that would most 
certainly be able to help you.

Someone, on their website, once referred to you as a "loon." Quite apt. Time 
to come back to planet earth, dolf.
