I disagree naturism/nudism (is there a difference?) has always been
ready to put its case forward.  The problem that we have is getting
those in authority and the media to listen with an open mind.  I don't
believe that totally unresticted public nudity is likely or even
desirable.  Most naturists will be happy with more genuinely clothing
optional places both at the seaside and in the countryside.  I would
settle for the status of naturism in Denmark which some say already
exists here (UK) but that is not appreciated by the authorities.
Naturist Organisations have a far better chance of successfully
lobbying than individuals, they seem to be content to stay within
their resorts and clubs.

To that Troll (Me.here) you are the type that has no place is this
type of forum.  Clothing optional means that it is up to the
individual to wear clothes or not.  It would not be reasonable to
expect any public spaces to be naturist only though many CO spaces are
in practice 100% naturist.
