   Saskatoon needs to provide places to park horse-drawn carriages. If I bo=
thered to run for mayor and if I was elected the mayor of Saskatoon I would=
 seek to reserve appropriate locations for tying up and corralling horses, =
as some visitors from out of town will arrive on horses or in horse driven =
carriages. People on bicycles will likely come along and pick up the horse =
shit for free, they will take it back to their gardens in the city, or next=
 to their concrete homes in the country, where they will fail to compost th=
e material adequately and then spread weeds throughout their communities an=
d neighborhoods.=20

   I believe we should allocate Yorath Island to this purpose of stabling h=
orses and parking carriages, and name the area Matthew Hardy Park and name =
the future bridge to Yorath Island =E2=80=9CMatthew Hardy Bridge=E2=80=9D. =
Matthew Hardy liked the testimony of Jesus that I gave him, and he visited =
me while I was being tortured by Hindus at the University of Saskatchewan i=
n Saskatoon, his enthusiasm of my testimony got him killed, his remains wer=
e found years later on Yorath Island, and so the Hardy family was denied a =
son and a brother and I was denied the visitor and was left with parents wh=

our right to own neither land nor guns. Those that have gun licenses should=
 be aware that the license is just a temporary permit to possess a gun and =
the gun may be removed from them at any time, and similarly those that have=
 land risk similar loss. In some regards the Russian peasants had more free=
dom than the Canadian slaves. Both the Russian peasants and the Canadian sl=
aves are provided with priests that wave smoke and splash some water around=
. The Russian peasants were made to fight for their country while the Canad=
ian slaves are made to eat substandard food while their nation is handed ov=
er to Chinese and Islamists. The Russian Tsars defended their nation while =
Ottawa strikes secret deals with both the Chinese and the Islamists, and ev=
en allows the Chinese to launch legal suits against us in secret courts sho=
uld we hamper their unfettered access to Canadian resources. In Russia the =
Tsar would have people exiled to Siberia if they dared to criticize the pri=
ests who claimed to be the sole authority on Scripture, in Canada they had =
me repeatedly arrested and tortured for daring to speak out against their p=
agan evergreen tree idols and their censorship of cannibalism. I said they =
have Egyptian penises on the roofs of their churches, they called me a pedo=
phile and employed Hindus to tortured me, I requested assistance and people=
 laughed at me and called me a pedophile, the more I cried out against the =
system, the more the Canadians laughed at me. The churches in both Russia a=
nd Canada incorporate phalluses built into their church architecture, not u=
nlike the Moslems, Sikhs and Hindus with their mosque and temple architectu=
res, but to say that Christians are capping their churches with penises res=
ults in their church members and the general pubic laughing at me, libeling=
 me (calling me a pedophile), assaulting me, and ultimately torturing me. S=
top psychiatry, it is so horrible.

   An end to Catholic (pagan) fertility rites on city property=E2=80=A6 no =
money spent on decorated evergreen trees, decorated evergreen tree wreaths =
and blinkin=E2=80=99 lights, on their purchase nor on their annual installa=
tion and removal. Removal of the pagan representations of penises on Broadw=
ay Avenue. Removal of all Egyptian phalluses located on city owned properti=
es (such as on the Broadway Bridge and at City Hall). An end to the arrest =
and psychiatric torture of those who criticize the Catholic (pagan) phallic=
 traditions. An end to psychiatric treatment (torture) within the city=E2=
=80=A6 it is the churches that are sick and not the people who criticize th=
e pagan traditions taught by these churches. The city should look at not on=
ly ending torture in the hospitals (a real mismanagement of tax money) but =
look at compensating people who suffered under the hands of psychiatry. The=
re is a real risk that if we do not stop psychiatry, then increasing number=
s of =E2=80=9Cnormal=E2=80=9D people across this nation will start facing w=
idespread torture.

   The so-called =E2=80=9CChristian=E2=80=9D churches teach people to honor=
 pagan fertility tree traditions that are in direct opposition to God=E2=80=
=99s First Three Commandments=E2=80=A6 people are taught to honor pagan fer=
tility traditions in place of God=E2=80=99s Commandments and then these peo=
ple go on to commit violations of other of God=E2=80=99s Commandments, the =
resulting crime destroys lives and results in higher taxes for businesses a=
nd homeowners. The churches (and mosques and temples) should be taxed in or=
der to alleviate these higher taxes that they themselves are causing throug=
h their pagan teachings. The Doukhobors should pay increased taxes as they =
too have adopted the Catholic fertility rites and so have become Catholics,=
 they claim to abide by God=E2=80=99s Commandments but they honor Catholic =
fertility rites which are in violation of God=E2=80=99s First Four Commandm=
ents. Doukhobors used to be a benefit to Canadians, now they negligently te=
ach people to abide by Catholic fertility rites. When people adopt Catholic=
 fertility rites then they become Catholics, and that includes Doukhobors. =
It will be difficult to collect increased taxes from the Zoroastrians as th=
ey are difficult to find=E2=80=A6 Zoroastrians faced tremendous persecution=
 from Moslems over the centuries and now they hide. The Doukhobors (the Old=
 Believers) faced tremendous persecution from Christians over the last few =
centuries and now they avoid persecution by embracing Catholic fertility ri=
tes and by changing their Slavic names to Anglicized names. The Canadian Uk=
rainians turn eggs and trees into decorated idols and actively help to teac=
h my Doukhobor relatives to embrace the Catholic fertility rites. Now my Do=
ukhobor relatives love Catholic fertility rites far more than Jesus. The Je=
hovah Witnesses are a Catholic church as they embrace the Vatican=E2=80=99s=
 Sunday Sabbath. The Jewish community will not face additional tax burdens =
because they do not systematically teach people to violate God=E2=80=99s Co=
mmandments but teach people to abide by God=E2=80=99s Commandments instead.=
 Please note that I never stated that one is saved by keeping God=E2=80=99s=
 Commandments, nor do I hold such a view.

   People are systematically taught to embrace traditions in place of God=
=E2=80=99s Commandments, their libraries are filled with books advocating w=
itchcraft and homosexuality, and their media is but a mouthpiece for the Ca=
tholic Church that repeats the call to turn trees into decorated idols and =
provides encouragement to violate additional Commandments, resulting in cri=
me and higher taxes. So not only should the churches, mosques and pagan tem=
ples be taxed to help pay for the costs they impose upon society, their med=
ia should be taxed as well.

   Multitudes of soldiers gave their lives for our freedom, and our governm=
ents honor their sacrifices by erecting Egyptian obelisks (representations =
of penises) for them, and by placing statues of soldiers next to or on top =
of these Egyptian penises. And every winter the soldier=E2=80=99s tombstone=
s are decorated with wreaths made from evergreen trees, which they also tur=
n into decorated idols. Turning evergreen trees into decorated idols is an =
ancient fertility rite that is now religiously honored the Catholic church.=
 When Catholics decorate the graves of the war dead with their Catholic sym=
bols of fertility, they are using the dead soldiers to push their Catholic =
beliefs upon others. These soldiers never fought for your Catholic fertilit=
y rites but for your freedom. These are traditions that have become so impo=
rtant that society is willing to have those who point out the pagan filth b=
e arrested and tortured in psychiatric facilities. There are more appropria=
te ways to thank service men and women for their service than to honor them=
 with a pagan dink, or with a decorated fertility tree idol.

   The city closed down the Mendel Art Gallery, it was a wonderful place th=
at provided free access to art and to a conservatory full of plants. Only o=
nce I went to Saskatoon=E2=80=99s new art gallery, I was turned away as the=
 entire facility was closed to the general public, but other people were st=
ill being admitted, those being admitted were arriving in limousines and th=
ey were wearing outfits that exceed the cost of what I spend on clothes in =
three years. I did not return. One would think that with four stories the n=
ew art gallery is large enough to always accommodate people of differing so=
cial-economic backgrounds at the same time. One would think that the old ga=
llery would not be shuttered until the new gallery was ready for occupancy,=
 but this was not the case and the general public was left without a galler=
y for years - the wealthy among us cared little that the city was without a=
 working gallery while the new gallery was being constructed as they could =
easily afford to frequently fly to other communities and other countries to=
 view the art there. I support the re-establishment of the Mendel Art Galle=
ry and an end of cash transfers to the new gallery. A study should be done =
on the new gallery and determine how it can be repurposed, perhaps it can b=
e used to teach aviation or perhaps the space can even be used to build sma=
ll airplanes. There is a much greater desire of city residents to own their=
 own cars, motorcycles, boats, airplanes and helicopters than to spend mone=
y for admission into an exclusive art gallery where people arrive in limous=
ines.

   The city used to hold the immensely popular =E2=80=9CLouis Riel Relay Ra=
ce=E2=80=9D in the 1980=E2=80=99s and 1990=E2=80=99s, the event drew great =
crowds to the center of the city. It was a way to bring together people of =
all cultures, not just Metis, but also Native Aboriginals, Whites, Chinese =
and most of the rest of the diverse community. The relay race even involved=
 people riding horses along the river bank, people racing canoes up and dow=
n the river, others running with heavy packs, it was truly exciting and tho=
usands upon thousands of people annually showed up to view the spectacle. T=
hen the city cancelled the event and put Chinese Dragon Boat Races in their=
 place. About the same time the Chinese Dragon Boat Races began, the media =
stopped their campaign to demonize the Chinese people, and instead ran =E2=
=80=9Cnews=E2=80=9D stories of how the Chinese were embracing =E2=80=9CChri=
stmas=E2=80=9D (aka turning trees into decorated idols), saying =E2=80=9CLo=
ok at their beautiful blinkin=E2=80=99 trees - the Chinese people are just =
the same as you and me.=E2=80=9D The media played upon people=E2=80=99s lov=
e of pagan fertility rites in order to push a pro-Chinese agenda. I support=
 a return of the Louis Riel Relay Race to downtown Saskatoon. If Chinese pe=
ople want to maintain their traditions they should do so without cancelling=
 our traditions.

   High school students know how to smoke in large groups, resulting in clo=
uds of carcinogenic toxins irritating the homeowners living close to the sc=
hools=E2=80=A6 if the students can afford drugs, tattoos, body piercings, d=
esigner clothes, automobiles and smart phones, then they can also afford fi=
nes for littering and jaywalking. Sometimes the weather is such that the ci=
garette smoke hangs in the air, it makes life miserable for those residents=
 who live adjacent to the high schools. When sleeping people smell tobacco =
smoke their hearts speed up and they wake up, people living in apartments s=
uffer and die early deaths, they age quickly because they are unable to sle=
ep soundly due to their hearts racing from the second-hand smoke.

   The federal government recently legalized marijuana, but renters have no=
 place to smoke and can face fines for smoking in public places, it is a so=
rry state of affairs for the smokers who rent. It is also a sorry state for=
 the renters who do not smoke and have to tolerate the smoke from the other=
 tenants. We should look at providing designated smoking areas for people t=
hat smoke tobacco or marijuana. Renters smoking inside non-smoking faciliti=
es should consider moving to a tiny house located outside of the city, whic=
h they would become owners of, before they are charged for administering no=
xious substances. Be aware that just a small amount of second hand smoke, o=
r incense, will wake most non-smokers out of a deep sleep as the smoke make=
s hearts beat faster. Abused people, such as those coming out of psychiatri=
c facilities, don=E2=80=99t sleep very soundly, they find themselves living=
 in the worst possible housing scenarios where people smoke and party day a=
nd night. The abused people go from absolutely horrid living accommodations=
 in psychiatric facilities to the absolutely horrid living accommodations o=
f smokey rental facilities in the city where people are literally bouncing =
up and down the hallways day and night. People coming out of psychiatric =
=E2=80=9Ccare=E2=80=9D facilities are very close to death and require adequ=
ate rest, which is not provided to them in the putrid dumps they end up in =
after their release. I pity the people who live in apartment buildings loca=
ted next to the high schools, where putrid tobacco clouds endlessly hang. L=
ife is short for most people who end up getting =E2=80=9Ctreated=E2=80=9D b=
y psychiatrists, and they don=E2=80=99t smile much before they die.=20

   No tax money to be utilized for sports. Institute a program to help mili=
tary cadets, sports groups and other clubs raise money for their organizati=
ons where the members record bylaw violations and have the resulting fines =
shared between the city and the organizations. Target the areas where bars =
are located and impose fines upon people for littering and for urinating in=
 public. Submitting a 5 minute video of an unattached trailer on a city str=
eet can earn your organization cold hard cash (it is illegal to leave a tra=
iler on the street unattached to a vehicle, people should be able to attach=
 it within 5 minutes). Get a video identifying people exposing themselves a=
nd urinating in public and win money for your club. Military cadets are not=
 receiving adequate funding and require additional time practicing marksman=
ship at gun ranges, it costs money.

   Up until the mid 1960=E2=80=99s Saskatoon had a shooting range and an an=
nual turkey shoot downtown on the north-west corner of First Avenue and Twe=
nty-Second Street where the Hilton Hotel now stands, adults and children al=
ike would pay a very small fee to try to hit the target with a .22 caliber =
rifle and win a turkey. Children used to travel to the outskirts of the cit=
y carrying their rifles across the handlebars of their bicycles, where thei=
r recreation was to walk in the prairie wilderness and shoot gophers, sparr=
ows and snakes with their BB guns and .22 caliber rifles, if there was stan=
ding water nearby then the kids could always fill the tunnels with water an=
d shoot the gophers when they came up for air. Kids had guns and had fun. M=
any half-ton trucks coming to the city from rural areas had rifles visibly =
hanging in their back windows. Now we import people who want to slaughter u=
s and we prevent our children from learning how to shoot and become respons=
ible gun owners. Some of our immigrant invaders come from countries where a=
ll the males are expected to carry machine guns or sniper rifles or a rocke=
t. All the Islamic invaders believe in the supremacy of their =E2=80=9CShar=
ia Law=E2=80=9D as dictated by the Koran, which contains instruction on acq=
uiring land, wealth, sex slaves and virgins in heaven.

   Freemason (Catholic) judges are allowing criminals to go free. And the j=
udges that send people to =E2=80=9Cpsychiatric evaluation=E2=80=9D are very=
 well aware that they have stripped the individual of their rights to defen=
d themselves in a court of law, and the individual will be tortured by psyc=
hiatrists for years to come. These judges are criminals, complicit in tortu=
re, who need to be themselves arrested, detained and =E2=80=9Cevaluated=E2=
=80=9D. Although it is probably not possible to get the Catholic police to =
arrest the Catholic judges, nor is it possible to get Catholic judges to re=
nder unbiased judgments against other Catholic judges, the city should moni=
tor the proceedings in the courts and try to ensure that white people and n=
ative people receive similar penalties as people of other races, ensure tha=
t males receive similar penalties as the females, ensure that the rich rece=
ive similar penalties as the poor, ensure that Christians receive similar p=
enalties as people from other religions=E2=80=A6 anything less is evil and =
directly leads to the downfall of civilization. Because Canadian children a=
re literally getting away with murder, council should study the issue of ex=
pulsion of entire families from the city when their children are out of con=
trol (burning buildings, raping women, selling deadly drugs, committing rob=
beries and murders, sexually enslaving others=E2=80=A6). Homeowners who are=
 raising criminal children should at the very least face higher property ta=
xes to help compensate their victims, and face penalties of even greater de=
grees if they are found to be systematically teaching their children to vio=
late laws. Out of control renters should become responsible small home owne=
rs, miles outside of the city.

   Many years ago I ran for mayor, my literature pointed out that the city =
lowered taxes for banks. I also indicated that we should ban cars that burn=
 excessive quantities of =E2=80=9Coil=E2=80=9D in their dilapidated vehicle=
s, the media reported that I wanted to ban vehicles that burned an excess q=
uantity of =E2=80=9Cgas=E2=80=9D (the Star-Phoenix refused to print a corre=
ction), and no mention was made of me pointing out that the city reduced ta=
xes for banks. Opinions that are in opposition to those espoused by the med=
ia should be allowed=E2=80=A6 people should be allowed to poster on all cit=
y poles and on city electrical/traffic boxes, and not face penalties for do=
ing so. Because opinions in Saskatoon are censored, we must be diligent to =
allow opinions to be posted onto street poles and on city electrical/traffi=
c boxes, allow people to speak their opinions on public streets, and allow =
people to distribute their newspapers on public sidewalks. Islamists should=
 understand that this is supposedly a free country and their blasphemous-mu=
rdering-pedophile-prophet may be openly mocked. Islam is not a race but an =
idea, in free countries ideas are open to debate, criticism and even laught=
er. Placing an arena on the outskirts of the city resulted in a great finan=
cial loss to downtown businesses and to the city as a whole. Similarly plac=
ing a casino 20 miles outside of the city accomplished the same. Also the d=
istant locations of the arena and casino likely results in a daily loss of =
thousands of gallons of gasoline, the loss of thousands of hours spent driv=
ing and maintaining the vehicles. When I ran for mayor I supported the buil=
ding of a centrally located arena, and continue to do so, but I no longer s=
upport using money collected by taxes to do so.

   The following plans can save the taxpayers of Saskatoon perhaps hundreds=
 of millions of dollars by not building the lengthy bypass stretching along=
 the far east side of the city. Instead run a north-south hiway two miles w=
est of Dalmeny road. Traffic coming from Regina would head west on Grasswoo=
d Road, cross the river and would continue to Valley Road where the hiway w=
ould make gentle right turn and head north (two miles west of Dalmeny Road)=
 to the Yellowhead Hiway. This route is much shorter than the alternative e=
ast side bypass plan, would save travelers time and money, would save the t=
axpayers plenty, but the homeowners along Grasswood Road are opposed. Or by=
 turning Idywyld Drive into a two-tiered roadway, the Edmonton and Regina t=
raffic could speed along at 90 km, while the big trucks can be diverted thr=
ough or beside Sutherland to the new north bridge, which is a shorter route=
 and it is largely complete.

   As well, convert the existing train tracks headed through the City Yard =
site so that people may commute from stations on the far west side to a sta=
tion on Avenue P (two blocks south of the hospital), to the downtown statio=
n (Idylwyld and 25th Street), to a station on 33rd Street around 7th Avenue=
, followed by a station servicing the university, then Sutherland, followed=
 by the odd station all the way to Clavet, and develop the city along this =
rail line to Clavet. The City Yard site already has an Olympic sized swimmi=
ng pool, we should add a velodrome (maybe two velodromes as bicycling is po=
pular) and an outdoor arena here, where we service our Olympic style park w=
ith our commuter train. Put the train tracks underground in a portion of th=
e west side so the train does not interfere with traffic on 22nd Street, no=
r interfere with the traffic on Idylwyld Drive, and so that more room is ma=
de available in the Olympic sized park where we could have conservatories c=
ontaining a wide variety of plants and possibly birds and butterflies. When=
 I grew up in Saskatoon in the late 1950=E2=80=99s and early 1960=E2=80=99s=
 we had multitudes of different species of butterflies and dragonflies in o=
ur gardens, and also toads.

  Millions of dollars can be saved annually if the city grades and blows th=
e snow off the streets and onto the boulevards and onto people=E2=80=99s fr=
ont lawns, as opposed to loading trucks and transporting the snow away. Sto=
p polluting the streets with salt. And rather than send grass clippings to =
the dump, let the foliage decompose right on the streets and in the back al=
leys, or preferably in your own yards, for it turns into dirt and will be u=
seful for your gardens. Learn how to pick up the garbage on the street and =
blowing onto people=E2=80=99s lawns, while leaving behind the lawn clipping=
s and decomposing garden waste. Bending down and picking up scrap pieces of=
 paper and plastic is beneficial to your health and you will feel better wh=
en you gaze out of your window and see an environment that is not littered =
with garbage.

  It is largely the renters who are tossing the garbage (including needles)=
 around, they have no sense of dignity, they feel no shame, people act like=
 animals. It costs society well in excess of a million dollars each time so=
mebody gets stuck with HIV contaminated needle, or when people ram their pe=
nises up each other=E2=80=99s arseholes and acquires the disease in that fa=
shion. Their DNA is on the needles, we should be able to find these people =
and catch them in the act. We should be expelling the people from the city =
who are haphazardly discarding needles, if they return to the city then sti=
ck these people on an island in northern Saskatchewan for a period. Saskato=
on=E2=80=99s Aviation Department could periodically send an aircraft and pa=
rachute in some supplies. Should these people return to society and decide =
to launch a law suit against us, expect the person to die from their diseas=
es before the court case is resolved (likely resolved by a Freemason judge)=
, and should they be successful in their law suit we would still probably s=
ave money as it costs millions of dollars every time their negligent action=
s of tossing needles results in somebody getting jabbed. Catch them tossing=
 needles, ban them from the city, if they return then drop them off at an i=
sland in Northern Saskatchewan with a tent and supplies. If they return to =
Saskatoon after their camping trip and continue tossing their garbage aroun=
d, do your best to return them to a northern island before they launch a la=
w suit against the city. That is what I would do if I was the mayor of The =
City of Saskatoon. There is a justification of taking away a person's freed=
om, it is when they are engaged in actions that jeopardize the lives and fr=
eedom of other individuals. People need to wake up and see that the needles=
 that are freely handed out and haphazardly disposed of, are maiming and ki=
lling innocent people, and it is largely the children playing in parks who =
are adversely effected. But in all fairness, contaminated needles being hap=
hazardly disposed of is not so much of an issue now that the parents had th=
eir own children injected with the bullshit Covid death jabs and with a myr=
iad of other death jabs, many children are now dead or too sick to play in =
the parks.

   An end to attempting to stop river banks from slumping. The costs involv=
ed in attempting to save a home or two located along the river bank far exc=
eeds the value of the homes, and that cost should not be borne by taxpayers=
. The people who desire to save their homes when the river banks start slum=
ping should be free to attempt to stop the slumping on their own. Maybe dig=
 a few deep holes and pour a few steel-reinforced concrete piles, don=E2=80=
=99t look for assistance from city engineers nor any other city employee. G=
et some of them fancy blinkin=E2=80=99 lights to indicate that your propert=
y is slumping, make the best of your situation. You can=E2=80=99t be too sa=
fe, if your property is slumping then consider painting your house a bright=
 yellow as a warning to others. If your property is slumping during your pa=
gan winter fertility festival, then get your inflatable Santa Claus to blin=
k on and off as well.

   We should periodically run races around the city on Circle Drive, in ord=
er to allow normal traffic to continue to function during the races would r=
equire building both underpasses and overpasses. The races could generate m=
oney that could be used to fund overpasses, underpasses, seating and washro=
om facilities. Additional money can be manufactured specifically for City o=
f Saskatoon infrastructure projects (see The Grip of Death by Rowbotham). M=
any seniors don=E2=80=99t take walks downtown due to lack of adequate washr=
oom facilities. If we had washrooms and seating for seniors, then the senio=
rs would have somewhere to spend their leisure time. Often the seniors have=
 to urinate frequently and can=E2=80=99t easily walk the entire length of a=
 downtown city block. We could have washrooms downtown specifically for sen=
iors (perhaps people 60 or over) that open with a swipe of a card, other wa=
shrooms for younger people that are opened in the same fashion. The cadets =
will get photographs of alcoholics exposing themselves and urinating near t=
he bars, the fines get split between the cadets who need money to buy guns =
and ammo to improve their shooting skills, and with the city which needs to=
 make washrooms in downtown areas for seniors and for others. The alcoholic=
s need to be educated to urinate and defecate before they depart from a bar=
 and should pay for the education on their own. And we will need washrooms =
along Circle Drive to accommodate the spectators of the races, and of cours=
e, bleachers and barricades, some of it funded by drunks who urinate in pub=
lic places. Those who urinate and defecate in public and then don=E2=80=99t=
 have the money to pay the fines, can join with the people who toss needles=
 around and live on remote isolated islands in Northern Saskatchewan. If we=
 dropped them off on an isolated island, the city could save millions of do=
llars because every time some child pokes him or herself with an infected n=
eedle, the cost to society is in the millions of dollars. Drop them off on =
a northern Saskatchewan island, sure they might find a way back to civiliza=
tion and sue us in court, but most don=E2=80=99t have their shit together t=
o launch a legal action against us, and even if they are successful in thei=
r law suit against us, they will be paid far less than the cost of treating=
 an infected child who stepped on one of their needles. Anyway, if I was ma=
yor of Saskatoon, that is what I would do.

   Rowbotham says we can create debt-free money out of thin air. I propose =
we issue special infrastructure coinage, the coinage would contains an allo=
y of silver, gold and platinum, but would only contain trace amounts of the=
 more expensive metals. We would issue the coins in different denominations=
 and pay for the project with these coins instead of with Canadian dollars.=
 If we upgraded Circle Drive so that we could take this road offline period=
ically to run races, money (Canadian dollars) would be generated and that m=
oney could be used to buy back the special issue infrastructure coinage. Si=
milarly if we build a velodrome we could have bicycle races, and we could o=
btain admission revenue and gambling revenue. A velodrome should prove to b=
e so popular among the bicycle racers that it could be always left open.

  I propose that we issue an infrastructure coin to people that labored for=
 an 8 hour shift, we pay them with a coin that contains silver with trace a=
mounts of gold and platinum that are together only worth about five dollars=
 in precious metal content and is labeled as being worth $120. If you want =
we can make that one-day-wage-coin a little larger by adding copper to the =
alloy, and we can also make a coin (made with an alloy of silver, gold and =
copper) that is labeled as being worth $15 for payment to the labourers for=
 an hour of work. So people can labour upon constructing a velodrome that i=
s surrounded by a casino on all sides, and be paid a pittance, but then rec=
eive dividends down the line when money is collected from the gambling, and=
 be paid those dividends annually in Canadian dollars, or perhaps in coins =
containing greater amounts of precious metals. Saskatoon=E2=80=99s Aviation=
 Department can be in charge of the construction of the casino/velodrome an=
d we will pay a pittance to our labourers, who will be happy because we mad=
e it possible for them to live in their very own concrete houses in the bis=
on reserve (see Mary, Monkey, Sun, Tree and penis Whoreshippers, Part A). L=
ikely we can get U of S Engineering students to design the facility and wor=
k for peanuts as well.

   Rather than cater to the needs of the local citizens, the University of =
Saskatchewan trains foreign students, including Islamic students, to become=
 medical doctors, dentists, chemists, engineers, and such. Islamists come t=
o Saskatoon and earn doctoral degrees by synthesizing new chemical compound=
s, and by researching properties of these new compounds such as the tempera=
ture at which these compounds explode. Islamists are trained to become psyc=
hiatrists and then under Trudeau are allowed to work in Canada (torture Can=
adians) without they themselves being Canadian citizens. Some Islamists eve=
n come to the University of Saskatchewan and do dissertations on nosecone d=
esigns. The local students who desire admission to these programs are thwar=
ted by the seats being allocated to the foreigners, and are thwarted by bei=
ng unable to sign up for desired classes because their student loans arrive=
 after the classes are filled, and are shunted into the College of Arts and=
 Sciences where the degree results in debt, poverty and unemployment. Numer=
ous studies have shown that as Islamists increase their overall percentages=
 in communities throughout the world, that violent crimes committed by them=
 increases, to the point when they are numerous enough that they then act i=
n unison to enslave women and slaughter their opponents. Because the Univer=
sity of Saskatchewan is instrumental in increasing the number of Islamists =
into Saskatchewan, which will inevitably result in increased crimes and hig=
her taxes, the university should face financial penalties to assist the com=
munities deal with the increased tax burdens. Just like other communities t=
hroughout the world that face an invasion of Islamists, Saskatoon can expec=
t infrastructure losses due to bombings=E2=80=A6 we should start saving mon=
ey to pay for the replacement of the bombed bridges and buildings, and forc=
e the university to post a $3 billion performance bond to help cover the fu=
ture replacement costs (for the university teaches Islamists to synthesize =
compounds that explode). The Islamists are being provided with higher educa=
tion, resulting in higher incomes, and many have arrived to Saskatoon with =
money they stole from the Christians and the Catholics they killed in Afric=
a, the Middle-East and Asia before they arrived here, they should be taxed =
higher than average due to their increased costs they place upon the commun=
ities they invade. If the University of Saskatchewan fails to post a $3 bil=
lion performance bond to cover the future replacement costs of destroyed in=
frastructure, then the city should immediately move to expropriate much or =
perhaps all of the university lands.

   The Catholics stole an Egyptian obelisk (a representation of a penis) an=
d placed it prominently in Vatican Square, then each winter turn an evergre=
en tree into a decorated idol and place it next to the pagan penis, suitabl=
e as both are symbols of fertility=E2=80=A6 the penis is worshipped as a sy=
mbol of fertility due to its reproductive role, while the evergreen tree is=
 worshipped as a symbol of fertility due to remaining green throughout the =
year. And fish are worshipped as a symbol of fertility due to laying large =
numbers of eggs, so these priests of fish-god Dagon continue to wear their =
fish-head hats.

   Catholics co-opted Protestant churches and use these churches to teach p=
eople to honor the pagan fertility rites, even many Seventh-day Adventist c=
hurches place Egyptian dinks on their roofs and place trees turned into dec=
orated idols next to their pulpits and in front of their churches. Differen=
t aspects of the pagan winter festival are in direct opposition to God=E2=
=80=99s first Three Commandments, the Seventh-day Adventists teach people t=
o honor God=E2=80=99s Fourth Commandment while at the same time are teachin=
g people to violate God=E2=80=99s first Three Commandments via their winter=
 celebrations, and then have the audacity to claim that their church is the=
 bulwark of truth.

   Seventh-day Adventist children, young adults, older adults and seniors a=
ll love to pose next to decorated evergreen tree idols and have their photo=
s taken, which they then upload to Facebook and other social media. If the =
child is too young to post the photo on social media, then the Seventh-day =
Adventist parents will post the photo for them, parents use their very own =
children to teach others to abide by Catholic fertility rites. Who teaches =
these Seventh-day Adventists to idolize trees and abide by Catholic fertili=
ty rites? The Seventh-day Adventist Church models the behavior with the fer=
tility idols standing next to their pulpits and outside in front of their c=
hurches, they display the Catholic idols because they too are a Catholic ch=
urch. Ellen G. White admonished her sheep to not use expensive decorations =
when idolizing the trees but to use cheap ribbons instead. Many of Ellen Wh=
ite=E2=80=99s SDA churches are capped with Egyptian penises, while she hers=
elf has a dink for a tombstone.

   Moslems similarly embrace phallic worship, they build penises into their=
 mosque architecture, including into their new mosque in Saskatoon. Should =
I be bothered to run for mayor of Saskatoon, and win, I would not spend peo=
ple=E2=80=99s money on promoting Catholic fertility rites, Islamic fertilit=
y rites, or on fertility rites espoused by any other religious group. If ci=
tizens want to turn their homes, churches, mosques and temples into pagan t=
emples of fertility, let them, but it is wrong to spend tax money on turnin=
g city schools and other buildings, streets and parks into blinking pagan t=
emples of fertility.

   The courts in Saskatoon and in other Canadian cities are citing the larg=
e number of black and aboriginal people languishing in jails as a reason to=
 render softer sentences upon individuals from those racial backgrounds, wh=
ich amounts to racism. This racism conducted by the Catholic courts results=
 in people happily violating laws as penalties are weak or non-existent.

   I complained that the churches were censoring Scriptural references to c=
annibalism and were teaching people to embrace traditions that are in direc=
t opposition to God=E2=80=99s Commandments and received many years of bruta=
l horrid torture at the hands of predominantly Hindu psychiatrists at the R=
oyal University Hospital at the University of Saskatchewan and at Saskatoon=
 City Hospital. I would be detained and tortured for repeated 6-week period=
s, then injected with =E2=80=9Cdepot=E2=80=9D (long lasting) drugs on the f=
inal day of each 6-week session that resulted in a couple of months of addi=
tional horror after each time I was released. Saskatoon activist Bob Fink e=
ncouraged me and others in the community to speak our minds and to place po=
sters on city poles, even though I was a little short of good material at t=
he time I made and placed a few posters. After a while my posters were not =
tolerated. After the Hindu psychiatrist and her Hindu psychiatrist husband =
were almost done with me (she tortured me over and over for years), I was h=
anded over to Dr. Marcoux, who later said that my posters were crazy and if=
 he ever found out that I was postering again, that he would have me return=
ed to him and =E2=80=9Ctreated=E2=80=9D again. Dr. Marcoux brutally torture=
d me and then told me that he would do it again if I dared to poster again,=
 and he had a depot drug injection administered to me on the final day of t=
he six week horror show, just as the Hindu had repeatedly done to me. That =
depot drug injection, together with the previous six weeks of drugs, render=
ed me in the upmost degree of nausea that continued for months after my rel=
ease, as was the case with each time they arrested and =E2=80=9Ctreated=E2=
=80=9D me. My hair was falling out, my skin was hard and dry, my lips and t=
ongue had turned into hard leather. My brain was pounding in pain. It felt =
like I was on the verge of throwing up but never was quite able to. All the=
 psychiatric drugs being administered to me had death as a side effect, the=
y were trying hard to kill me and people would laugh, and continue to. Once=
, when I was on the verge of death, they (The University of Saskatchewan) m=
ade me share a room with some yahoo who smoked in the room, the smell of wh=
ich made me gag.

   They had to release me at the end of each six week torture session becau=
se the law demanded it, but then the NDP (New Democratic Party) came to pow=
er provincially and immediately passed legislation allowing for permanent p=
sychiatric drugging=E2=80=A6 for the six week period and beyond, and then t=
he subsequent party, The Saskatchewan Party, kept this draconian legislatio=
n on the books - the communist NDP party eroded our rights, then the right-=
wing Saskatchewan Party came along and maintained the erosion. It was a con=
siderable loss of rights, the government is having people injected with bru=
tally horrid drugs, not for just six weeks of horror, but had stripped away=
 our rights to reject the drugs even after the six weeks had elapsed. The l=
eft-wing NDP started it, the right-wing Saskatchewan Party maintains it. An=
d the people don=E2=80=99t care and think of themselves as heroes when they=
 support either of the parties.=20

  And then once during all of this I lightly punched a fellow who was censo=
ring my posters and was rewarded by the judge with additional months of tor=
ture (no damaged done to the person, the punch was no more than a push). Bo=
b Fink is viewed as a hero for encouraging people to poster, I listened to =
Bob Fink=E2=80=99s advice, was tortured for postering and viewed as an utte=
r shit. It was largely due to Bob Fink=E2=80=99s encouragement for people t=
o poster that seven poster poles were erected on Broadway Avenue in Saskato=
on. The Satanists who ran the show made sure that the poles were shaped lik=
e penises, and that they were generally covered with posters promoting Sata=
nic music concerts. Robert (Bob) Martin Fink was born in New York on Decemb=
er 29th 1935, he passed away in Saskatoon on September 8th 2016.=20

   Once I was brutally beaten (I nearly died) at the Mount Royal Seventh-da=
y Adventist Church (for daring to speak at a Wednesday night Bible study) a=
nd was again rewarded with an additional 6-week round of brutal horrid tort=
ure (and at least a couple months additional torture resulting from the dep=
ot drug(s) injected into me on the last day of the =E2=80=9Ctreatment=E2=80=
=9D). I was brutally assaulted by George James De Witt (born May 8th 1953),=
 and then arrested and tortured, for being brutally assaulted at the Mount =
Royal Seventh-day Adventist Church was used as additional evidence that I w=
as acting up and deserving of a needle in my arse. George James De Witt had=
 arms that were much bigger than my legs, his brother was a national boxing=
 champion - George James De Witt grabbed me at the Wednesday night SDA Bibl=
e study and flung me up the stairs, through the door, and then punched me i=
n the head as hard as he could. As I lay on the lawn next to the Mount Roya=
l Seventh-day Adventist Church the Adventists departed their Bible study, I=
 wasn=E2=80=99t able to move and nobody came out to see how I was. And then=
 people laughed at me some more.

   These Adventists don=E2=80=99t like to hear that their church censors Sc=
riptural references to cannibalism, don=E2=80=99t like to hear that they te=
ach people to abide by Catholic fertility rites, they don=E2=80=99t like to=
 hear that many of their churches are capped with Egyptian obelisks (repres=
entations of penises). The following Saturday I stood outside the Seventh-d=
ay Adventist Central Church on Victoria Ave. and showed off my ripped cloth=
es and injuries, one Adventist told me not to come back or they would do wo=
rse to me, others heard this and agreed. I attended that church hoping for =
assistance to flee many years of psychiatric horror, they instead beat me t=
o the point of death and then had me arrested and tortured. George De Witt=
=E2=80=99s daughter posted that she was so pleased that her dad beat the sh=
it out of me, that I was deserving of the beating. I wanted help to flee Ca=
nada, instead the Adventists brutalized me further. I hope some day that I =
will be able to employ George De Witt=E2=80=99s daughter, Jean Edna Anne De=
 Witt (born August 15th 1984) and I would get her to laugh at people being =
brutalized wherever and whenever, as she does it very well. Christians are =
supposed to rejoice in their own suffering, not rejoice when somebody else =
is beaten close to the point of death in one of their filthy Catholic churc=
hes.

   Soon after a drug-dealing immigrant from El Salvador (Manuel Oswaldo Chi=
nchilla Morales, born February 8th 1977), who lived with his Seventh-day Ad=
ventist family, together with his friends, beat me in downtown Saskatoon. H=
e was angry because he gave me all his family member=E2=80=99s names and bi=
rthdays, which I used to try to show him harmony between his name and his b=
irthday and the numbers in Scripture, tried to show him some mathematical e=
vidence indicating that God provided him with his name, with his birthday, =
with his life. Similarly James De Witt was angry with himself for providing=
 me with the names and birthdays. I worked hard at developing interviewing =
skills so that I could obtain this information about them and their family =
members and show them evidence that their names and birthdays (their very l=
ives) were gifts from God. After returning home from the hospital I continu=
ed to lay in bed for weeks, fearful that the police were going to come and =
arrest me again, for speaking again. So the worst two beatings I ever exper=
ienced in life were dealt to me at a Seventh-day Adventist Wednesday Night =
Bible Study and then by a drug dealing immigrant from El Salvador who lived=
 in Saskatoon with his Seventh-day Adventist immigrant family. I was alread=
y devastated by years of horror in psychiatric facilities in Saskatoon, the=
se people must have seen me as an easy conquest. George De Witt=E2=80=99s m=
uscular arms were bigger than my thighs, the punch he gave me would likely =
have killed over 95% of the people on the planet, he is a soldier of the Se=
venth-day Adventist Church (a branch of the Catholic Church, that teaches y=
ou to get your Catholic trees to blink).

   Ethnic diversity is negatively impacting poor whites and poor aboriginal=
 natives, resources provided by governments have limits and are being provi=
ded to the newcomers at the expense of the poor. Years ago a group of Syria=
ns arrived to the airport and were welcomed by three levels of government -=
 civil, provincial and federal government representatives welcomed these ne=
wcomers and provided homes and money for them, while at the same time many =
white and native people were sleeping in bushes along the riverbank and und=
er bridges. People could not find it in their hearts to provide a bed for t=
he homeless in Saskatoon, yet when the Syrians and other Islamists were flo=
wn in they were provided with hotel rooms, hotel meals and swimming pools. =
The new Islamist immigrants were provided for at great cost, multitudes mor=
e resources were provided for them than for our own, who struggle to live h=
ere in abject poverty.

  Now we hear on a daily basis of Latin American, Asian and African immigra=
nts committing murders and other serious crimes against white European peop=
le. White people in Canada signed treaties with native aboriginals to share=
 this land, these treaties do not give us permission to import many million=
s of brutal Latin American, Asian and African immigrants. And due to the hi=
gh amount of gun violence committed by these new immigrants in Ontario, Alb=
erta and British Columbia, the Islamic federal government now wants to remo=
ve our access to guns rather than punish the murderous and racist thugs. Th=
e Canadian Islamic federal government has an agenda that includes allowing =
white people (especially white males) to perish and this should have been a=
 civic issue long ago. They are housing foreign thugs in Toronto, allowing =
these thugs to commit repeated acts of violence without serious penalty, th=
en these foreign thugs make excursions to western provinces and commit seri=
ous crimes here in Saskatchewan before returning to Toronto (or back to Alb=
erta or to British Columbia). Governments in other provinces of Canada are =
acting as enemies to the citizens of Saskatchewan, they should pay for the =
damages their negligent actions are causing us. Saskatchewan could levy a f=
ee to all out-of-province vehicles that enter or pass through our province.=
 Such a program could generate funds to build and maintain our roads, and f=
unds to compensate people and families of Saskatchewan residents that were =
raped, robbed, assaulted or murdered by these brutal third world immigrants=
. With such a tax in place, a =E2=80=9CGovernment of Saskatchewan=E2=80=9D =
could build energy efficient and non-rotting concrete housing for its own p=
eople, squeak squeak.

   We need to place people on notice that these brutal assaults will be att=
ended to. So, as mayor, I will instruct the police to arrest and detain the=
 hockey players that assault fellow hockey players on the ice. The assaults=
 would be witnessed by thousands of people, there is no doubt of guilt, the=
se hockey players should be immediately arrested and removed from the ice i=
n handcuffs. The arena in Saskatoon should not be used as a platform to tea=
ch children to assault one another. Should the arena continue to be used as=
 a platform to teach people to assault one another, and if the perpetrators=
 of the assaults are not brought to justice, then as mayor I will try to ga=
in council support to limit or outright curtail activities at the arena. If=
 people abuse the arena, then they should lose access to the arena. If the =
Catholic judges decide to free the Catholic hockey players without sufficie=
nt penalty, then all the Catholic hockey teams can play their Catholic =E2=
=80=9Cgames=E2=80=9D elsewhere. Every time a major event occurs at our nort=
herly placed arena, the result is traffic jams that require multiple police=
 officers to attend and untangle, one or two of those officers should inste=
ad be posted next to the ice and will be poised to arrest the perpetrators =
of the on-ice assaults. On one hand there is additional costs due to the ad=
ditional policing required for these traffic jams, on the other hand the po=
lice are being used to direct traffic rather than being used in more useful=
 roles, such as arresting violence wherever it occurs in the community. It =
is rather unfair that some people throw a punch and the result is the victi=
m receives a penalty of years of brutal horrid torture, other people throw =
a punch and the result is people cheer and give the perpetrator of the crim=
e money.

   The Catholic fertility rites (which includes tree and penis worship) are=
 being whole-heartedly adopted by aboriginals in and around the community o=
f Saskatoon. At One-Arrow First Nation the native aboriginals placed a stat=
ue of their leader Chief One-Arrow upon an Egyptian representation of a pen=
is. They see how other communities in and outside of Canada honor their war=
 dead by placing statues of soldiers next to or directly on top of Egyptian=
 dinks, so the ignorant aboriginal Indians similarly adopted this Catholic =
ritual and hoisted a statue of their beloved ancestor upon a pagan penis as=
 well. The aboriginal children faced a couple of hundred years of sodomy at=
 the hands of the Catholic priests, and they incredibly respond by placing =
a statue of Chief One-Arrow upon a pagan representation of a penis. The res=
ult of embracing Catholic fertility rites in place of God=E2=80=99s Command=
ments is that God withdraws His protection and allows Canada to be flooded =
with Islamists, Hindus and Sikhs, all of whom similarly embrace pagan ferti=
lity rites including penis whoreship. Covering the many penises built into =
the Amritsar temple with gold doesn=E2=80=99t make the penises nor the Sikh=
s holy. Using a long row of obelisks (Egyptian penises) to mark our souther=
n border dothn=E2=80=99t make our southern border secure. Filling our cemet=
eries with obelisks (Egyptian penises) dothn=E2=80=99t mean our dead went t=
o or are heading to heaven. Stealing an obelisk (a pagan penis) from Egypt =
and sticking it in the center of Vatican Square dothn=E2=80=99t make that c=
hurch holy. Placing a statue of Chief One Arrow on top of an Egyptian repre=
sentation of a dink dothn=E2=80=99t bring fertility and abundance to that F=
irst Nation community. If there is some sort of historical evidence that Ch=
ief One Arrow found his penis to be of tremendous importance and perhaps ev=
en played with it, then there might be some merit to the idea of placing a =
statue of him standing on top of an Egyptian dink. It was before my time, a=
nd there are two different cultures here (North American Indian and Egyptia=
n) which are both very dissimilar to my own culture, so I am not entirely q=
ualified to comment further on the issue.

   It matters little to God which particular group of pagan penis whoreship=
pers occupies any nation. Many of the aboriginal Indians flip-flop between =
=E2=80=9CCatholicism=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9CTraditional Native Spirituality=
=E2=80=9D depending upon whom they are trying to get into their beds and ha=
ve sex with on any particular day, rather indicating their true religion to=
 be =E2=80=9Csex=E2=80=9D, they engage in a communal version of this sex an=
d phallic worship that results in a decrease in their fertility and longevi=
ty. So as the native aboriginals blindly engage in their phallic worship, m=
embers of alternative fertility cults invade Canada, and it just doesn=E2=
=80=99t matter to God which particular fertility cult occupies any nation.

   Many native reserves are plagued with violent crimes, the young there fa=
iled to listen to the wisdom of their grandmothers and other elders, they f=
ailed to listen to and obey God. In most reserves the children flip-flop be=
tween Catholicism and Native Spirituality depending upon whom they are tryi=
ng to get into bed with on any particular day, resulting in them getting in=
fected with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. Then these folks c=
ome to the city and continue with their criminal and violent activities and=
 spread their diseases here. The problem would be mitigated if the provinci=
al government ceased giving rent money to people on welfare. Instead of the=
 government handing over money for rental accommodations and benefitting la=
ndlords, the provincial government should be handing out a few dollars wort=
h of building material so people may construct their own tiny off grid home=
s away from the cities. The city can continue to expect violent crimes and =
the spread of diseases as long as governments continue policies designed to=
 bankrupt people and bankrupt communities, and as long as people dismiss Go=
d=E2=80=99s Commandments as being valid for our day. Children are taught to=
 bow to trees turned into decorated idols rather than to attempt to honor G=
od=E2=80=99s Commandments.

   Veterans and others are being tortured to death in psychiatric facilitie=
s, people think they unite against evil by turning trees into blinkin' idol=
s (a Catholic fertility rite) and singing Jingle Bells, and by having peopl=
e arrested and tortured for daring to criticize the Catholic churches. What=
 most Americans do for the veterans, is place decorated wreaths made from e=
vergreen trees upon the veteran's grave stones... these war veterans never =
fought for your right to honor Catholic fertility rites. Often a statue of =
a veteran is made and placed to stand next to or directly on top of an Egyp=
tian penis, then people bow to this Egyptian penis by placing a decorated e=
vergreen wreath at the base of the pagan dink. People think themselves holy=
 for honoring Catholic fertility rites, but by honoring these pagan fertili=
ty rites God allows their nations to be invaded by members of alternative f=
ertility cults. In Canada people spent many millions of dollars to try to f=
orce me to shut up about the Egyptian penises on the roofs of their filthy =
churches, to shut up about how their "Christmas" celebrations are in violat=

   Saskatoon requires water and sewer upgrades, these repairs should be con=
sidered as of far greater importance than paving streets, clearing streets =
of snow, designating bike lanes or separating recyclables. Saskatoonians wh=
o drive cars should consider driving trucks instead as we do not have the m=
oney to keep the roads in top condition, especially if we are digging up st=
reets to replace water lines and bury the power lines. Most bicyclists in S=
askatoon wish they owned cars or trucks, may they prosper and purchase them=
selves some kind of warm vehicle. It will be pretty difficult for the poor =
to prosper now that the federal government allows non-Canadians to work in =
Canada, and because most any government aid goes to others now. The banks t=
ook so much money from people in the communities, now they employ non-Canad=
ians from Iran or other Islamic countries to work behind desks at bank bran=
ches and determine if you are worthy of a loan. There should be an end to t=
he City of Saskatoon employing people who are not Canadian citizens.

   The Islamic federal government imposed a carbon tax upon Canadians, an I=
slamist spokesman said that the money raised is to be rebated back to Canad=
ian families, with the largest of the families receiving the largest of the=
 rebate cheques. Already taxes are supporting Islamic families that have up=
 to four wives, with each wife living in a separate residence. It costs a g=
reat deal of money to support these large Islamic families, and so hence th=
e federal carbon tax, which is really a tax to help raise large Islamic fam=
ilies. Islamists require that non-Islamists pay an annual fee, called =E2=
=80=9Cjizya=E2=80=9D, in order for the non-Islamists to retain their heads,=
 with this so-called =E2=80=9Ccarbon tax=E2=80=9D, Canadians are actually p=
aying jizya.

   Islamists require women to be sexually mutilated and separated from men,=
 and they will demand that swimming pool time be allocated just for women. =
People advocating Sharia Law are clearly not willing to integrate into our =
society and have no business being here. Sharia Law is a sexist attack agai=
nst women and is an attack against anybody that doesn=E2=80=99t abide by Is=
lamic teachings. Women should have the right to wear their own choice of cl=
othes without facing beatings, rape and beheadings. People should have the =
right to alternative beliefs without having their heads cut off or being to=
rtured to death in psychiatric facilities.

   Currently industrial trade programs in Saskatoon are racist and sexist, =
20% of the seats are reserved for recently arrived immigrants (mainly Asian=
 and African Islamists), 20% of the seats are reserved for women (again man=
y are recently arrived Asian and African Islamists), 20% of the seats are r=
eserved for handicapped (again, many are Asian and African Islamists), 20% =
of the seats are reserved for natives (many are converting to Islam in the =
prisons), and then the remaining 20% of the seats are for the other Islamis=
ts that never filled the other seats. White males are being shunted away fr=
om the paying professions and into poverty. White male youth should not hav=
e to wait to be brutalized by recent immigrants in order to qualify for a h=
andicapped seat at a trade school. Allowing any one single race in Canada t=
he privilege of blocking roads or blocking rail lines or blocking pipe line=
s, amounts to racism. If I were to block a road in Saskatoon, I would be ar=
rested and returned to the University of Saskatchewan for another round of =
brutal horrid psychiatric torture. The police would deliver me to a judge, =
the judge will prevent me from speaking and send me in for =E2=80=9Cpsychia=
tric evaluation=E2=80=9D, but that is just a euphemism for years of brutal =
horrid torture. Once the Brahmin Hindu psychiatrist gets his or her hands u=
pon you, then you are their patient for life. The more patients they have, =
the more money they earn. When they started having me tortured in 1988 it w=
as at the hands of Brahmin Hindu psychiatrists, but now there are Sikh and =
Islamic psychiatrists torturing people to death in Canada as well. There ar=
e hundreds annually, and over the years thousands of Saudi Arabian students=
 have been and are being trained to become =E2=80=9CDoctors of Medicine=E2=
=80=9D by the University of Saskatchewan, some of whom specialize in psychi=
atry. And under Trudeau they may =E2=80=9Cwork=E2=80=9D in Canada without b=
eing Canadian citizens.=20

   I was repeatedly arrested and tortured for criticizing Catholic fertilit=
y rites. The drugs made my skin hard and dry, my tongue turned to leather, =
my hair fell out, my head banged in pain, the nausea was overwhelming. Ever=
y three weeks I was wheeled into a psychiatric appeal panel hearing and all=
owed to defend my sanity. There I would limit my defense by saying that the=

permission to continue to detain and torture me. Doctor Marcoux specializes=

 a disorder to him, and he warned me that if he ever heard of me postering =
poles in Saskatoon again, that he would have me returned to him for another=
 round of =E2=80=9Ctreatment=E2=80=9D. This is how people defend their Cath=
olic fertility rites, with violence and threats of violence. Anybody critic=
izing the pagan practice of turning trees into decorated idols is first moc=
ked, then if that is ineffective the individual is shunned, then assaulted,=
 and eventually arrested and tortured. Most people reading this were over t=
he years provided with multiple testimonies from both friends and strangers=

m strength, fertility and longevity. Each winter the Vatican places an idol=

Egypt, suitable as both are symbol of fertility. The churches teach you to =
turn trees into idols, many of these churches are capped with Egyptian obel=
isks (penises). Some churches turn trees into blinkin=E2=80=99 idols and th=
en cap the trees with Egyptian dinks. The Catholic priests still wear a fis=
h-head hat, these priests of fish-god Dagon still pay homage to the fish, f=
or it is a symbol of fertility in that most fish lay enormous quantities of=
 eggs. The windows of the churches are either round to represent the sun (t=
heir giver of life), or are made to resemble penises pointing up to the sun=
. And the Catholics revere Mary, as another symbol of fertility. People emb=
race traditions that are in opposition to God=E2=80=99s Commandments, they =
insist that the sacrifices they make in their worship of God are acceptable=
 to Him.

   I proclaimed in 1988 that the churches were censoring Scriptural referen=
ces to cannibalism, the words upset Catholics in the community enough to ha=
ve me removed from the streets and tortured by a female Hindu psychiatrist =
(Catholics employed Hindus to do their dirty work). After years of the six-=
week sessions of brutal horrid psychiatric torture, the Hindu=E2=80=99s hus=
band, who was also a psychiatrist, also began =E2=80=9Ctreating=E2=80=9D me=
. First the female Hindu psychiatrist said that I was schizophrenic, then y=
ears later she claimed I was psychotic. But for her to change her diagnosis=
 of me to psychotic, she needed a second opinion. Along comes her Hindu hus=
band, he steps into my hospital room at Saskatoon City Hospital for all of =
three minutes to talk to me, and then he signs off on his wife=E2=80=99s wr=
itten declaration of me being psychotic rather than schizophrenic - I was n=
ot ranting when the Brahmin Hindu concurred with his Brahmin Hindu wife tha=
t I was psychotic, I sat in a drugged stupor on the edge of my bed when he =
briefly entered the room to proclaim the new diagnosis.

   The female Hindu psychiatrist only spoke to me for all of three minutes =
each week to begin with. She wanted me declared psychotic as this way I wou=
ld be under her =E2=80=9Ccare=E2=80=9D permanently and she would make much =
more money off of the system, as opposed to just having her way with me for=
 the six-week sessions that the Saskatchewan government initially allowed. =
Or, the psychotic designation would allow her to poison me with other psych=
iatric medications, it was costing taxpayers many millions of dollars for h=
er to torture me over the years so killing me would make the bed available,=
 and she may then torture some other poor individual and still make the mon=
ey.

   When the male Brahmin Hindu psychiatrist husband came to my room for the=
 three minutes to confirm his wife=E2=80=99s diagnosis, he quoted his wife =
saying that all I do is talk about cannibals all the time, but I had not di=
scussed the topic of cannibals in the hospital for years, and any time the =
topic was raised was by her. And each time the female Hindu sat in the psyc=
hiatric appeal panel hearings (conducted every three weeks), she proclaimed=
 to the Catholics seated across the table in judgment against me, that I wa=
s always talking about cannibals (but I had not discussed the topic of cann=
ibals in the hospital for years, it was her that always brought up the topi=
c on her own). They used my proclamation in 1988 that the churches were cen=
soring Scriptural references to cannibalism as a reason to torture me year =
after year after year. I did not speak of cannibals while being tortured ov=

etimes locked open, with my tongue and mouth turned to leather), I would sa=
y that the Bible condemns turning trees into decorated idols, and that peop=
le were inadvertently bowing to the trees when they placed and retrieved pr=
esents at the base of the tree. The Catholics seated in judgment against me=
 always sided with the Hindu and gave her permission to continue to detain =
and torture me.

   The psychiatric medications made me nauseous and made my head bang in pa=

en I complained to a nurse she laughed at me and said it was my own fault f=

 out) to God for vengeance, and now when He floods or burns or blows away y=
our communities I laugh and say it is your own damn fault for not drinking =
enough water. Certainly ALL the fires in ALL of the United States of Americ=
a, Canada, Australia and in any forest, are a result of people not drinking=
 enough water. Earthquakes and insect plagues too are all a result of peopl=
e not drinking enough water. White people are being forced out of the Canad=
ian military because they drank too much water. People spent millions of do=
llars having me tortured, then think themselves rich enough to spend billio=
ns of dollars annually turning trees into decorated idols. They fly off to =
winter resorts and post pictures on Facebook of themselves and their childr=
en posing next to trees turned into decorated idols, they use images of the=
ir own children to teach others to abide by Catholic fertility rites. The w=
itches shop for children on Facebook and place orders on the kids they find=
 attractive. Then they spend billions more importing members of alternative=
 fertility cults, and many of these Moslems, Hindus and Sikhs desire good p=

   I begged in vain for assistance to flee the country but people just laug=
hed at me or assaulted me, or threatened to arrest me and return me to psyc=
hiatric torture when I informed them I was being tortured by Brahmin Hindus=

han be allowed to state a defense in a court of law, the legal system invok=

   It started with the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix libeling me when they misrepr=
esented my election platform when I ran for mayor. I wanted cars off the ro=
ad that were defective and belching clouds of blue smoke, the Saskatoon Sta=
r-Phoenix instead reported that I wanted to ban cars that burned an excessi=
ve quantity of gas, and the public lapped up the libel and laughed. My elec=
tion litrature also stated that city council reduced municipal taxes for ba=
nks, and this was ignored by the media. Then in 1988 I proclaimed that the =
media was protecting the pedophile priests, adding that it was no surprise =
that the priests were ramming their penises up your children=E2=80=99s arse=
holes as they already advertise themselves with Egyptian dinks on the roofs=
 of their churches, but I was repeatedly arrested, given to a Brahmin Hindu=
 psychiatrist who told me that I think too much about penises, who then tor=
tured me, and was labeled as a pedophile when I publicly complained of the =

nix ran three front page stories over a three day period libeling me and ur=

ttle and used his thousands of watts to encourage people to assault me in o=
rder to shut me up. Gormley=E2=80=99s message was received by the people of=
 Saskatoon, resulting in the theft of my property and additional threats ag=
ainst my life. I was robbed, I complained to police officers who just laugh=
ed at me. Usenet trolls Don Ocean of South Dakota (Freemason) and James Tak=
ayama of Hawaii repeatedly and incessantly libeled me and called me a pedop=
hile, then the media quoted the libel from these usenet trolls and accused =
me of being a pedophile as well. Being repeatedly libeled and labeled as a =
pedophile by the usenet trolls and their sock puppets, and then by the medi=
a, made my life exceedingly difficult. It is better to be libeled and be ca=
lled a pedophile and then face assault and ultimately be murdered, than for=
 me to kill these people and be labeled as both a pedophile and a murderer.=
 It is better to hand the problem over to Jesus than attempt to rectify it =
on my own.

   Most citizens who hear of this are happy about it for they have a great =
love of Catholic fertility rites and don=E2=80=99t want these traditions cr=
iticized. I wanted to know more about who the hell you people were, so I in=
terviewed people on the streets and in coffee shops, and posted material at=
tempting to show folks that their birthdays, names and children were all gi=
fts from God. Radio host John Gormley did not appreciate the postings and d=
id what he could to prevent additional material from being posted on the us=
enet - he used his radio station to whip up a frenzy and urge my assault. N=
one of my wealthy Adventist relatives nor my Doukhobor relatives would rais=
e a finger in my defense as all were embracing Catholic fertility rites and=
 did not require any criticisms of their Catholic faith=E2=80=A6 one relati=
ve managed to reach under her lavish tree and give me a can of nuts every D=
ecember 25th. Kindness was shown to me, on December 25th. For additional in=
formation on families persecuting their own children for daring to speak ou=

   No public-private partnership construction, the end result is higher cos=

t build it now. Engaging in public-private partnership construction burdens=
 the youth with the costs for decades to come. Note that public-private par=
tnership was used in the construction of new psychiatric torture facilities=
 at North Battleford, if you can=E2=80=99t afford to build facilities to to=
rture people with psychiatric drugs, don=E2=80=99t be getting the public ta=
xpayers and future taxpayers to assist you with such facilities. Vengeance =

hink they are set to profit from building torture facilities are going to b=
e disappointed, I predict. Lives are being lost and destroyed. There must b=
e a special place in hell for people who profit on the torture of their fel=
low man, and who place the community in debt while doing so. Until then, th=
ere should be an end to the city utilizing Graham Construction for any proj=
ects.

   Check out the 16 Catholic hockey players that lost their lives when a Si=
kh rammed his truck into their bus near Humboldt. Evergreen trees obscured =
the vision of the drivers. Similarly today the evergreen trees are obscurin=
g the vision and the common sense of the people who should be thanking God =

    I criticized your pagan practices and received many years of brutal hor=

loss of many lives, through prayer, and they think they can get on God=E2=
=80=99s good side by praying to Mary, bowing to trees and allowing a flood =
of Catholics, Islamists, Hindus and Sikhs into our nation. They faithfully =
prayed to Mary and faithfully tithed to their priests, the faithfully turne=
d trees into blinkin=E2=80=99 idols, faithfully had me tortured for years f=
or attempting to criticize their priests and fertility traditions, people a=
re full of faith. Just as the nurse laughed at me when I complained of the =
effects of the psychiatric drugs and said it was my own damn fault for not =
drinking enough water, similarly your Catholic hockey players are now dead =
because they too never drank enough water. If they drank enough water the b=
us would have stopped and let them out to take a piss, or they would have d=
elayed getting on that bus in the first place by stopping at the water foun=

holic fertility rites!!! Catholic schools will of course be allowed to cont=
inue to teach children to abide by Catholic fertility rites. And the Protes=
tant schools may continue to teach the children to abide by Catholic fertil=
ity rites as well because they too are actually Catholic schools, for when =
you adopt Catholic fertility rites then you become Catholics. Catholics hav=
e co-opted not just Protestant churches, but Protestant schools as well, an=
d have co-opted the media, Hollywood, police forces and courts of law, they=
 infiltrate and use any and all institutions to help them teach you to turn=
 trees into decorated idols. It is exceedingly important for the Catholic C=
hurch to get people to turn trees into decorated idols, for this way they a=
re able to get people to violate God=E2=80=99s first three Commandments in =
one fell swoop. I will do what I can to prevent any tax money from funding =

   Gasoline and diesel fuel sold in Saskatoon is to be labeled at the pump =
as to the origin of the fuels. About 25% of the fuel sold in Canada comes f=
rom Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan (fuel is transported to us from half way ar=
ound the world) and not from Alberta, Saskatchewan nor the Maritimes. Gas s=
tations that fail to label the origin of their fuels and gas stations that =
sell fuel coming from Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan and other distant locations =
will face a =E2=80=9Cfilthy carbon tax=E2=80=9D of 25% added of the sales p=
rice of the fuel, that tax must be submitted to city hall daily. For exampl=
e, if the filthy fuel is priced at $1.40/liter, the owners of the service s=
tations will adjust the price upward to $1.75/liter and submit .35 cents pe=
r liter to city hall daily. The federal government is responsible for this =
situation where they financially back Islamic nations while at the same tim=
e are actively trying to bankrupt our own nation. The Islamic nations are e=
specially cruel to women, Jews, Christians and homosexuals, I am of the opi=
nion that we should not be supporting their economies. Saskatoonians should=
 be informed as to the origin of their fuels and be allowed to decide for t=
hemselves whether to support Islam or not. Should Saskatoonians support Isl=
amic fuel (and thereby support the enslavement of women, the sexual abuse o=
f children, and the murder of Jews, Christians and homosexuals), then they =
can pay the additional 25% =E2=80=9Cfilthy carbon tax=E2=80=9D on the fuel.=
 Gas stations that sell the Islamic fuel are raising money for Islam, the c=
orporations they represent should each post a performance bond of $3 billio=
n to help pay for the damages caused to city infrastructure when the Islami=
sts begin their bombing campaigns. Give each of the corporations 30 days to=
 post the $3 billion performance bonds, after which time gas stations that =
sell their brand should have their business licenses cancelled and stores s=
huttered. The money raised will go a long way to assist the lowering of bot=
h home and business taxes.

   Similarly we should not be growing foods for the sole purpose of convert=
ing the food into alcohol to add to gasoline. Gasoline that contains any pe=
rcentage of ethanol should also face a 25% tax added at the pump. The pract=
ice of converting corn into fuel results in higher food prices and greater =
pollution from fertilizers entering and polluting waterways. The people sel=
ling and purchasing these foul fuels will have to do some serious soul sear=
ching regarding the future of our nation and our planet. And it should be n=
oted here that lead and most other additives to gasoline are highly toxic a=
nd shortens both human life and engine oil life. This results in more frequ=
ent oil changes and accelerated wear to engines, and also results in sick a=
nd dead people. We should raise money by taxing the fowl fuels.

   Islamists are taxing food manufacturers with a Halal tax, which is passe=
d on to consumers. The money raised with this Halal taxation is used to wag=
e war against western civilization. Saskatoon requires a bylaw making it il=
legal to buy or sell any foods that are taxed to raise money for war. Repea=
ted violators should have their properties seized, sold, and the funds used=
 to lower taxes for businesses and homeowners. The last people we should al=
low to tax our food supply in order to raise money for war are Islamists, a=
s their Koran repeatedly calls upon their followers to enslave, behead and =
kill the non-believers. The Islamists pride themselves in knowledge of herb=
s, they publish books informing the reader of which herbs to use to impair =
fertility, and which herbs to use to cause abortions. They demand they be a=
llowed to work in facilities that manufacture non-Halal foods that they the=
mselves do not consume - they have multiple opportunities to dose our food =
supply during manufacture, storage, transportation, and during sales, and i=
t is likely that many foods have been dosed on multiple occasions by multip=
le individuals during the stages between production and consumption. Fertil=
ity rates are on the decline, ever stop to wonder why? Major food outlets s=
uch as Co-op, SuperValue, Save-On-Foods, and Costco are complicit in raisin=
g money for Islamic jihad, the potential sale of their properties will rais=
e large amounts of money for the city and can be used to help eliminate lea=
d from water pipes and help us to bury overhead power lines. Some of the la=
rger buildings can be retained and repurposed for aircraft or boat construc=
tion. By allowing the sale of Halal certified foods the corporations are ra=
ising money for Islamic jihad, we will be required to seize and sell some o=
f their properties to assist the replacement of infrastructure caused by th=
e inevitable escalating warfare. Business owners raising money for Islamic =
jihad that have their properties confiscated should consider themselves luc=
ky that they are not arrested for funding terrorist activities. If you lose=
 your Saskatoon supermarket job, consider emigrating to an alternative city=
 that allows you to peddle your Halal certified foods there.
