Nothing new has been ruled in any of them. This is still a conservative Supreme Court for the next 50 years or so. And, the federal beanch, whose decisions are rarely appealed, is highly conservative. It would take _drastic_ action by both Houses of Congress to bring our legal system back to the center line. It could be done, if the Democrats win both houses and the White House this election. But, they'd have to have brass balls and brass ovaries to actually do so. And, as it stands, VP Biden is more conservative than liberal, and seems to do business quietly, and behind the scenes. All I can point out is that the Supreme Court was last increased in size the last century when the population was a lot smaller.
