In the mean time he is untouchable and can't be investigated while
running for President...  Democrats would howl like Hillary supporter
the night she lost, if teh Republicans dare to investigate Biden....

This way he can't spill the beans, or at least they think he won't do
it, but Biden is infinitely STUPID so he may do it while out on stage in
a live setting.
