Grasp the meaning of Jesus' death

Galatians 3:1

1 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey
the truth? Before your eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed among you
as crucified.

[1] O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the
truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth,
crucified among you?

Recieve the Holy Spirit

Galatians 3:2

2 (Ac 15:8; Gal 3:14) I want to learn only this from you: Did you receive
the Spirit through the works of the law, or by hearing with faith?


[2] This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of
the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Work with the Holy Spirit

Galatians 3:3-4

3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being
perfected by the flesh?
4 (2Jn 1:8) Have you endured so many things for nothing, if indeed it was
for nothing?

[3] Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect
by the flesh?
[4] Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

1 Thessalonians 5:23

23 (Ro 15:33; Heb 4:12) May the very God of peace sanctify you completely.
And I pray to God that your whole spirit, soul,
and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Galatians 5:19-21

rage, selfishness, dissensions, heresies,

** I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they
which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.** 

Hebrews 12:9

9 (Nu 16:22; 27:16) Furthermore, we have had human fathers,
and they corrected us, and we gave them reverence.
Shall we not much more be subject to the Father of spirits and live? 

[9] Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we
gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the
Father of spirits, and live? 

Romans 5:8

8 (Jn 15:13; 1Pe 3:18) But God demonstrates His own love toward us,
in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 

[8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us. 

2 Corinthians 5:17

17 (Jn 3:3; Ro 16:7) Therefore, if any man is in Christ,
he is a new creature. Old things have passed away. Look, all things have

Galatians 5:16-17

[16] This I say then, **Walk in the Spirit**, and ye shall not fulfill

things that ye would. (Acknowledge the struggle within) 

Galatians 5:22-26

22 (Eph 5:9; Ro 7:4) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
patience, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 (Ac 24:25; 1Ti 1:9) meekness, and self-control; against
such there is no law.
24 (Ro 6:6; Gal 6:14) Those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh
with its passions and lusts.
25 (Gal 5:16) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be conceited, provoking one another and envying one another. 

[22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering(patience),
gentleness(Kindness), goodness, faith(faithfulness),
[23] Meekness(Gentleness), temperance(self-control):
against such there is no law.
[24] And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections

[25] If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
[26] Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying
one another. 

Walk in step with the Holy Spirit

Galatians 3:5

5 (1Co 12:10; Gal 3:2) Does God give you the Spirit and work miracles
among you by the works of the law, or by hearing with faith?

[5] He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles
among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Mark 7:24-30

The Syrophoenician Woman's Faith
Mt 15:21-28

24 (Mt 15:21-28) From there He arose and went to the region of Tyre and Sidon.
He entered a house and would have no one know it. Yet He could not be hidden.
25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit,
heard of Him, and came and fell at His feet.
26 The woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by race.
And she begged Him to cast the demon out of her daughter.
27 (Mt 7:6) Jesus said to her, "Let the children first be filled. For it is
not fitting to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."
28 She answered, "Yes, Lord. Yet the dogs under the table eat
the children's crumbs."
29 Then He said to her, "For this answer, go your way.
The demon has gone out of your daughter."
30 When she had come to her house, she found the demon had gone out,
and her daughter lying on the bed.

[24] And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon,
and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not
be hid.
[25] For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard
of him, and came and fell at his feet:
[26] The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him
that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

[28] And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the
table eat of the children's crumbs.
[29] And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out
of thy daughter.
[30] And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and
her daughter laid upon the bed.  

Matthew 15:21-28

The Faith of the Canaanite Woman
Mk 7:24-30

21 Then Jesus went from there and departed into the regions of Tyre and Sidon.
22 (Mt 9:27; 17:15) There, a woman of Canaan came out of the same regions
and cried out to Him, saying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David.
My daughter is severely possessed by a demon."
23 (Mt 14:15) But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came
and begged Him, saying, "Send her away, for she cries out after us."
24 (Ro 15:8; Mt 10:5-6) But He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep
of the house of Israel."
25 (Mt 8:2) Then she came and worshipped Him, saying, "Lord, help me."
26 (Mt 7:6; Rev 22:15) But He answered, "It is not fair to take
the children's bread and to throw it to dogs."
27 (Lk 16:21) She said, "Yes, Lord, yet even dogs eat the crumbs that fall
from their masters' table."
28 (Mt 8:13; 9:22) Then Jesus answered her, "O woman, great is your faith.
Let it be done for you as you desire." And her daughter was healed instantly. 

[21] Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
[22] And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried

is grievously vexed with a devil.
[23] But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought

[25] Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
[26] But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread,

[27] And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall
from their masters' table.
[28] Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be
it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that
very hour. 

Mark 7:31-37

The Deaf and Mute Man Healed

31 (Mt 4:25; Mk 5:20) Again, departing from the region of Tyre and Sidon,
He came to the Sea of Galilee, through the region of the Decapolis.
32 (Mk 5:23; Lk 11:14) They brought to Him one who was deaf
and had difficulty speaking. And they pleaded with Him to put His hand
on him.
33 (Mk 8:23) He took him aside from the crowd, and put His fingers
into his ears, and spat and touched his tongue.
34 (Mk 8:12; 6:41) Looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him,
"Ephphatha," that is, "Be opened."
35 (Isa 35:5-6) Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment
of his tongue was loosened, and he spoke correctly.
36 (Mt 8:4) He ordered them to tell no one. But the more He ordered them,
the more they greatly proclaimed it.
37 They were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well.
He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak." 

[31] And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto
the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
[32] And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his
speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.
[33] And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his
ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
[34] And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha,
that is, Be opened.
[35] And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was
loosed, and he spake plain.
[36] And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he
charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
[37] And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things
well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak. 

Matthew 15:29-31

The Healing of Many People

29 (Mt 4:18; 5:1) Jesus departed from there, and passed by the Sea of Galilee,
and went up on a mountain and sat down there.
30 Great crowds came to Him, having with them those who were lame, blind,
mute, maimed, and many others, and placed them down at Jesus' feet,
and He healed them,
31 (Mt 9:8; 9:33) so that the crowds wondered when they saw the mute speak,
the maimed made whole, the lame walk, and the blind see. And they glorified
the God of Israel. 

[29] And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee;
and went up into a mountain, and sat down there.
[30] And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were
lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus'
feet; and he healed them:
[31] Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak,
the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they
glorified the God of Israel. 

Mark 8:1-10

The Feeding of the Four Thousand
Mt 15:32-39

1 (Mt 15:32-39) In those days, the crowds being very great with nothing
to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them,
2 (Mt 9:36; Mk 6:34) "I have compassion on the crowd, because they have now
been with Me three days and have nothing to eat.
3 If I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint
on the way, for some of them have come from afar."
4 His disciples answered, "Where can one get bread to feed these men here
in the wilderness?"
5 He asked them, "How many loaves do you have?" They said, "Seven."
6 (Jn 6:23; Ro 14:6) He commanded the people to sit down on the ground.
Taking the seven loaves and giving thanks, He broke them and gave them
to His disciples to serve. And they served the crowd.
7 (Mt 14:19) And they had a few small fish. And blessing them,
He commanded that these also be served them.
8 (2Ki 4:42-44) So they ate and were filled. And they collected seven baskets
of the broken pieces that were left.
9 There were about four thousand who had eaten, and He sent them away.
10 (Mt 15:39) He immediately entered a boat with His disciples
and came to the region of Dalmanutha. 

[1] In those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat,
Jesus called his disciples unto him, and saith unto them,
[2] I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me
three days, and have nothing to eat:
[3] And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by
the way: for divers of them came from far.
[4] And his disciples answered him, From whence can a man satisfy these men
with bread here in the wilderness?
[5] And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.

seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set
before them; and they did set them before the people.
[7] And they had a few small fishes: and he blessed, and commanded to set
them also before them.
[8] So they did eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat
that was left seven baskets.
[9] And they that had eaten were about four thousand: and he sent them away.
[10] And straightway he entered into a ship with his disciples, and came
into the parts of Dalmanutha.

35 He commanded the crowd to sit down on the ground.

gave thanks, broke them, and gave them to His disciples,
and the disciples gave them to the crowd.

The Demand for a Sign
Mk 8:11-13; Lk 12:54-56

1 (Lk 11:16; Mt 16:6; Jn 8:6) The Pharisees and Sadducees came and,
testing Him, asked Him to show them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered them, "When it is evening, you say,
'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,'
3 (Lk 12:56) and in the morning, 'It will be foul weather today,
for the sky is red and overcast.' O you hypocrites, you can discern
the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeks for a sign, but no sign
shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah."
So He left them and departed. 

[1] The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him
that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
[2] He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will
be fair weather: for the sky is red.

but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

The Demand for a Sign
Mt 16:1-4

11 (Mt 12:38; Lk 11:16) The Pharisees came up and began to debate with Him,
seeking from Him a sign from heaven to test Him.
12 (Mk 7:34) He sighed deeply in His spirit and said,
"Why does this generation look for a sign? Truly I say to you,
no sign shall be given to this generation."
13 Then He left them and, entering the boat again,
departed to the other side.

[11] And the Pharisees came forth, and began to question with him, seeking
of him a sign from heaven, tempting him.
[12] And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation
seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto
this generation.
[13] And he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the
other side.

The Yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod
Mt 16:5-12

14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread
and did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat.
15 (Mk 12:13; 1Co 5:6-8) He warned them, "Take heed.
Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod."
16 They reasoned among themselves, saying, "It is because we have no bread."
17 (Mk 6:52) Being aware of it, Jesus said to them, "Why do you reason
that you have no bread? Do you still not perceive or understand?
Are your hearts still hardened?
18 (Jer 5:21; Mk 4:12) Having eyes, do you not see? Having ears,
do you not hear? (Jer 5:21; Isa 6:9-10.) And do you not remember?
19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand,
how many baskets full of broken pieces did you collect?"
They said to Him, "Twelve."
20 "And the seven among the four thousand, how many baskets
full of broken pieces did you collect?"
They said, "Seven."
21 (Mk 6:52) He said to them, "Do you still not understand?" 

[14] Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the
ship with them more than one loaf.
[15] And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the
Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod.
[16] And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have no
bread.
[17] And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye
have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart
yet hardened?
[18] Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not
remember?
[19] When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full
of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve.
[20] And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of
fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven.
[21] And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand?

The Yeast of Pharisees and Sadducees
Mk 8:14-21

5 But when His disciples reached the other side, they had forgotten
to take bread.
6 (Lk 12:1; Mk 8:15) Then Jesus said to them, "Take heed
and beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
7 They reasoned among themselves, saying, "It is because
we have taken no bread."
8 (Mt 6:30; 8:26) But when Jesus perceived it, He said to them,
"O you of little faith, why reason among yourselves, that it is
because you have brought no bread?
9 (Mt 14:17-21) Do you not yet understand or remember the five loaves
of the five thousand and how many baskets you collected?
10 (Mt 15:34-38) Or the seven loaves of the four thousand
and how many baskets you collected?
11 (Mt 16:6) How is it that you do not understand that I spoke to you not
concerning bread, but that you should beware of the yeast of the Pharisees
and Sadducees?"
12 Then they understood that He did not tell them to beware of the yeast
of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees. 

[5] And when his disciples were come to the other side, they had
forgotten to take bread.
[6] Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the
Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
[7] And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have
taken no bread.
[8] Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith,
why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?
[9] Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the
five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?
[10] Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets
ye took up?
[11] How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you
concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees
and of the Sadducees?
[12] Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of
bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

1 Samuel 20:35-42

35 In the morning Jonathan went out to the field at the time appointed 
with David, and a little boy was with him. 
36 And he said to his boy, "Run, find the arrows which I shoot."
He ran, and he shot the arrow over him.
37 (1Sa 20:22) When the boy came to the place of the arrow which
Jonathan had shot, Jonathan called after the boy and said, 
"Is not the arrow beyond you?"
38 Then Jonathan cried after the boy, "Hurry quickly! Do not stay!"
And Jonathan's boy gathered up the arrow and came to his master. 
39 But the boy did not know anything. Only Jonathan and David knew the matter. 
40 Jonathan gave his weapons to his boy and said to him, 
"Go, carry them to the city."
41 (1Sa 18:3) When the boy had gone, David arose from the south side 
of the stone, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself 
three times. They kissed one another and wept together, but David wept more.
42 (1Sa 1:17)  Jonathan said to David, "Go in peace, since the two of us swore
in the name of the Lord, saying,' 'The Lord will be between me and you, 
and between my descendants and your descendants forever.' "
So he arose and departed, but Jonathan went into the city.

[35] And it came to pass in the morning, that Jonathan went out into the
field at the time appointed with David, and a little lad with him.
[36] And he said unto his lad, Run, find out now the arrows which I shoot.
And as the lad ran, he shot an arrow beyond him.
[37] And when the lad was come to the place of the arrow which Jonathan had
shot, Jonathan cried after the lad, and said, Is not the arrow beyond thee?
[38] And Jonathan cried after the lad, Make speed, haste, stay not. And
Jonathan's lad gathered up the arrows, and came to his master.
[39] But the lad knew not any thing: only Jonathan and David knew the
matter.
[40] And Jonathan gave his artillery unto his lad, and said unto him, Go,
carry them to the city.
[41] And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place toward the
south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times:
and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David
exceeded.
[42] And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn
both of us in the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and thee,
and between my seed and thy seed for ever. And he arose and departed: and
Jonathan went into the city. 

You may have seen or heard some variation of this saying: "If you want to go 
fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together." It's a lovely 
thought, isn't it? But is there any solid research to reassure us that these 
words are not just lovely, but true?

Yes! In fact, one such study by British and American researchers demonstrated 
that people estimated the size of mountains as significantly smaller if they 
were standing with someone else as opposed to when standing alone. In other 
words, "social support" matters-so much so that it causes even the size 
of mountains to shrink in our minds.

David found that kind of encouragement to be both lovely and true in his 
friendship with Jonathan. The jealous anger of King Saul was like an 
insurmountable mountain in David's story causing him to fear for his very 
life (see 1 Samuel 19:9-18). Without some sort of support-in this case his 
closest friend-the story could have been drastically different. But Jonathan,
"grieved at his father's shameful treatment of David" (20:34), stood by his 
friend. "Why should he be put to death?" he asked (v. 32). Their God-ordained
friendship bolstered David, allowing him to become Israel's king.

Our friendships matter. And when God is at the center of them, we can spur 
each other on to do greater things than we might imagine.

Week 1 Knowing God's Word Day 1 - God's Perspective

Philip 4:13

13 (2Co 12:9-10; Eph 3:16) I can do all things because
of Christ who strengthens me.

13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Many of us live out self-fulfilling prophecies. We believe
what we tell ourselves - or what we have been told by others:
"You're stupid", "You're ugly", "You'll never amount to anything,"
"You can't do anything right."
We programme ourselves for spiritual failure as well.
"I just can't memorise Scripture," we say. "It comes and goes,
and I can't seem to get it to stay." Yet daily we memorise
volumes of information that is less significant than the
Scriptures - telephone numbers, identification codes,
songs lyrics, advertising jingles.
The answer to the dilemma of negativism is not positive
thinking, but right thinking - biblical thinking, according
to what the Bible reveals of God's perspective. God says,
"You are worthwhile. You are valued. You are loved. I created you
just as you are, and whatever I call you to do,
I will give you the strength to do it.
The context of Phillipians 4:13 shows that Paul had learned
this important secret of spiritual strength. Paul had known
poverty and plenty, trouble and victory. But he also knew
he did not have to let circumstances determine his response to God's will.
We need not be controlled by the negative messages life throws in our paths
- even those self-defeating pronouncements we make to ourselves.
Rather, we can respond according to God's perspective, with the
conviction that God has given us strength we need to meet the
challenges we face.

Application

a) What challenges do I face that make me realise my own insufficiencies?

Charlottetown does not currently (fall 2014) have a local CNMM network.
Pray with us for God's people to come together in reaching Muslims
cooperatively across denominational and organisational lines.

More than 200 attended the Eid festival at the end of Ramadan, the Islamic
month of fasting during daylight hours and the reading of the Qur'an, at
the Dar as-Salam mosque in 2014. This second mosque established
in Charlottetown, the other being the Muslims Association of PEI.
As of mid-2014,there are between 250 to 300 families, mostly in Charlottetown.

The Muslims of Charlottetown see their community as symbolically important
for this nation since this is known as the "birthplace of Canada". Yet we were
established as the "Dominion of Canada" with an appeal not only to
monarchial authority, but even more to God's higher Biblical authority as
shown in Psalm 72:8, "May he have dominion from sea to sea,
and from the River to the ends of the earth."
Let us intercede together for:

- the growing Muslim population of Charlottetown and spreading
outward through PEI to encounter the Prince of Peace.
- believers to have faith and vision to reach out to the Muslim Community
in contextual ways to share the Gospel
- churches and ministries to rise up in wisdom, knowledge and understanding,
giving and training, coaching and encouragement to believers reaching
out to Muslims locally.
- a prayer movement to be established, feeding a growing move of Yahweh's
Spirit in His churches and people , and an awakening an openness
and spiritual hunger in Muslims for relationship with the Father
through the Son.

When the new moon is sighted it marks the beginning of t he new Islamic month
and Eid al-Fitr, the "Festival of Breaking the Fast", will start! After 30 days
of fasting, the Eid celebration at the end of Ramadan is a joyful time that
usually lasts about 3 days. Muslims will buy new clothes, exchange gifts and,
of course, enjoy special foods. In Muslim-majority nations, the streets may be
decorated and festivals will be held.
For many Muslims, Eid-al-Fitr begins with communal prayers at daybreak and the
distribution of money (zakat) to the poor, which is one of the 5 pillars of
Islam.
You can greet Muslim friends during this time by saying "Eid Mubarak",
which means Blessed Eid!"
Ramadan is over for this year, but you can continue to pray for Muslims you
know, and Muslims around the world:
- Despite the unsettling developments in our world today that involve actions
in the name of Islam, there is at the same time a largely untold story about
unprecedented movement to Christ among Muslims. There have been more such
movements of thousands or more new disciples among Muslims in the last three
decades or so than in all the previous history of Christian Muslim
relationships! Pray for this momentum to continue.

Acts 2:12-17 : 17 12 They were all amazed and perplexed, saying to each other,
"What does this mean?"
13 (1Co 14:23) Others mocking said, "These men are full of new wine."

Peter's Speech at Pentecost

14 (Ac 1:26) But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice
and said to them, "Men of Judea and all you who dwell in Jerusalem,
let this be known to you, and listen to my words.
15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose,
since it is the third hour of the day.
16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

- Pray for Christian workers an organisations focused on seeing effective
discipleship movements among Muslim people.

- Ask the Holy Spirit to continue to inspire you to have god's heart for
Muslims, to see them as He does, and to be the light that then to Jesus.

Matthew 5:14-15 : 14 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a
hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do men light a candle and put it under
a basket, but on a candlestick. And it gives light to all who are in the
house."

Ideas for prayer

- Pray for opportunities to show the love of Christ to Muslims around you
- Pray for, and offer generous hospitality to, those you know who are serving
Christ among Muslim people -

Romans 12:13 "contribute to the needs of the saints, practice hospitality."
- When you gather with fellow believers, remember to pray for Muslims
throughout the year and encourage them to also participate in 30 Days!

My paternal side is of Muslim heritage and will offer this section to further
call for Muslim converts to Christian and any other converts to Christianity

I) Pray for the leaders of Newfoundland and Labrador, that God's Spirit
would influence then to act justly, serve with integrity
and honour high moral standards.

intercessions, and thanksgivings for everyone,
2 (Ezr 6:10) for kings and for all who are in authority, that we may

our Savior,

to the knowledge of the truth.

II) Pray for the churches of the province, that they would be lighthouses
beaming forth the illuminating truth of God's Word.

III) Pray that the Lord would use the Finding the Hope Campaign
and booklet to turn many hearts to Jesus

Pray to the Lord and pray to walk in the Holy Spirit.

Pray to the Lord and pray to Him who is all powerful. 

Pray to the Lord: "Thank You, Father, for those You've placed 
in my life who've kept the mountains in perspective."

Pray to the Lord and pray to Him to help you know His Word.

Pray to the Lord and pray to do work in His name.

Pray to the Lord and pray to know He is your protection.
