Re: Naked Before God

I'm expectant that initiating documents dated 2009.3.24 (signed
2009.4.1) of complaint to have been served via registered post on the
Victorian Ombudsman with respects to a complaint of religious, racial
and sexual vilification against the State of Victoria.

UPDATE: I received notification that this occurred on 2009.4.8.

Prior to that a letter dated 2009.3.30 was sent to Microsoft
requesting clarification with respects to the circumstances of closure
of my [email protected] due to alleged breaches: "Your account has
been closed because it seems to have violated our Terms of Use."

If there is no response from Microsoft after the Easter holidays, a
follow-up letter will be sent to establish the religious aspect of my
complaint.

UPDATE: This follow-up letter has been sent.

If there continues to be no response from Microsoft, by ANZAC Day a
further letter will be sent to establish the political aspect of my
complaint.

Following which if there continues to be no response, legal action will
then be taken, the substantiation for which is is explained in
metaphysical terms {ie. the #237 - USE OF FORCE, ITS RELATION TO
AUTONOMIC RIGHT UNDER THE STATE, and CHRISTIAN IDENTITY} as a technology
