Jesus said men can kill the body, but not the soul (Matthew 10:28). To 
"die" then, means your soul is separated from your body and/or God, not

It is not the children of God who go to the lake of fire, but the

        It says they are cast there. You fabricate a condition the
        Bible never says exists, then make that false condition the
        standard for concluding it must not be literal.

      • Further, the context shows that being separated from God in the
        lake of fire itself "is" the second "death" (Revelation 20:14).
        Death "is" the condition of being separated from God in that
        place of torment.

Old Testament saints generally went to a place of "comfort" before Jesus 
provided an atonement for our sins, and to paradise in heaven afterward 
(Luke 16:5; Luke 23:43; 2 Corinthians 12:3).

Further, contrary to your Bible-contradicting claims, Scripture 
specifically records that Old Testament believers entered heaven:

"And as they still went on and talked, behold, chariots of fire and 
horses of fire separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a 
whirlwind into heaven." (2 Kings 2:11 ESV)

"Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him." (Genesis 5:24 
ESV)

"By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was

"You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to 
glory." (Psalm 73:24 ESV)

"Son of God" does not mean "not God". It means He IS God:

“This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because

That's John writing, not the religious leaders. They correctly 
understood that by claiming God was His Father, Jesus was making Himself 
equal with God.

“The Jews answered him, “It is not for a good work that we are going to 
stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself 
God.”” (John 10:33, ESV)

1 Samuel 1:22

The meek do inherit the earth. They inherit the present heavens and 
earth for 1000 years when Christ returns to reign (Revelation 20), and

No, John 1 is accurate. The Word was with God and the word was "God". 
Satan's Witnesses CHANGE and TWIST the Scriptures to read "a god". Many 
other passages say the same (Jesus is God), and you have to TWIST and 
DENY the plain teaching of Scripture to conclude otherwise.

Scripture explicitly, repeatedly, and unambiguously calls Jesus Christ 
God in numerous places in both the Old and New Testaments.

 1.

    John 1:1:
    "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
    Word was God." (John 1:1 ESV)

Explanation: The Greek construction /theos en ho logos/ clearly 
identifies the Word as God in nature and essence.

 2.

    John 20:28:
    "Thomas answered him, 'My Lord and my God!'" (John 20:28 ESV)

Explanation: Thomas addressed Jesus directly as God. Jesus accepted this 
worship without correction or hesitation.

    Titus 2:13:
    "Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our
    great God and Savior Jesus Christ." (Titus 2:13 ESV)

Explanation: Greek grammar (the Granville Sharp rule) establishes that 
"our great God and Savior" refers to one single person: Jesus Christ.

        (*Kurios*) will be saved.”

      • Romans 10:13: “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD

The assertion that "nowhere else in the Bible does it say Jesus was God"

God, assigned divine attributes, given divine worship, and described as 
performing divine works throughout the word of God.
