!!!WAR and THE CHURCHES INVOLVEMENTS

Jesus plainly told Christians what their participation in any carnal
war would be.

Mt 26:52 reads, ""Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to
him, "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword."" (NIV)

Mt 5:44 reads, "But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those
who persecute you," (NASB)

Even the Apostle Paul realized this at 2 Co 10:4, "for the weapons of
our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the
destruction of fortresses. " (NASB)

Durning WW2 did the American Protestant soldier ask the enemy German
soldier if he was a member of his denomination before he tried to kill
him? The American Catholic soldiers did the same.

Nice going churches!

They killed first, then ask questions later.

The popular Protestant clergyman Emerson Fosdick admitted that the
churches have glorified war, have trained men for war, have even hung
the battle flags in the churches and on one hand gave praise to the
Prince of Peace and on the other have glorified war.

The Crusades. (1096-1272)
Durning the 11th through 13th centuries the religious leaders of
Christendom in eight Crusades butchered hundreds of thousands of
Mohammedans, Jews, and Catholics in the name of Jesus. Even children
were not exempt as seen from the Children's Crusade of 1212. The book
"Age of Faith" says that no "holy wars" have been bloodier than the
Crusades; they raped and murdered fellow Christians and committed
atrocities on the Moslems.

The Spanish Inquisition. (1096-1270)
In the name of God, thousands of "heritics" were tortured and
burned to death. A common torture was the rack, where a victims limbs
were slowly pulled out of joint. Also, red hot pincers would tear the
flesh, then molten lead would be poured into the wound. (sounds almost
like the churches' hellfire place where the churches' god of torture
rezides

Thirty Years' War of the 17th century. (1618-1648)
This was a war of Catholics against Protestants in Germany. Germany's
population dropped from about 30 million to 12 million, The elderly,
woman, children and babies also succubed to this vicious war. Women
were beheaded, children were tossed into fires, and babies were
stabbed while nursing on their mother's breasts. All in the name of
God and Jesus.

Nice going churches!

Spanish Civil War of 1930's (1936-1939)
Over 500,000 spanards died. Members of the same religion were once
again snuffing out each others lives. A photograph shows the results
of one bombing; 118 children dead. The eminent writer Earnest
Hemingway saw this photograph and another.

The other showed prominent religious leaders giving the fascist
salute. They were the Bishop of Lugo, the Archbishop of Santiago, the
Canon of Santiago, and the Bishop of Madrid.

World War I. (1914-1918)
This war claimed over 9 million deaths and 21 million wounded and
eventually encompased around 93% of the world's population.

It introduced newer and more deadlier forms of weapons such as
flamethrowers, tanks, poison gas, submarines, airplanes, and the
machine gun.

The Historian Paul Johnson wrote that most Clergymen were unwilling to
put their Christian faith ahead of their nationalistic interests and
that Christians from all demoninations were urged to kill each other
for their Saviour.

Also Christendom's missionaries were confronted with accusations of
hypocracy when the war started. Missionary Albert Schweitzer
mentioned that the African Natives were wondering how is was possible
that the whites, who taught them the Gospel of Love, were now killing
each other and ignoring the commands of Jesus.

Again, nice going churches!

The book "Preachers Present Arms" says that the clergyman helped to
keep the drive of the war effort going.

World War II. (1939-1945)
Some estimate over 55,000,000 were killed in this war. The Clergy on
all sides blessed their troups as they went off to slaughter one
another.

More horendous weapons were introduced. Just two atom bombs
extinguished the lives of 150,000 civilians. The premeditated
attempted genocide of over 6 million Jews by the Nazi regime in the
concentration camps showed how degraded humans and their religious
leaders could get.

Nice going churches!

Northern Ireland.
Roman Catholics and Protestants continue to try to end each others
lives. Churches on both sides are praying for God to give them
victory.

Nice going churches!

There have been many, many other smaller wars throughout the earth
that the clergy are supporting and encouraging. Thousands have
perished in these also, and most of these are civilians.

The clergy of Christendom have shown their "fruits" (MT 7:20) and
have bodly declared by their actions that they are not true
Christians, as described in the Bible.

The blood of all their victims who listened to them, is upon them, and
they will have an accounting with God for their ghastly deeds. As the
founder of Christianity, Jesus, said at John 13:35,

"By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one
another." (NIV)

Genuine Christians, believe Jesus and FOLLOW what he taught. They show
love to each other, not by killing them, but by teaching them the
Bible. The bloody, deadly facts are there. See for youselves.
