False Bible Doctrines: Earth destroyed

The Bible says that will never happen. 

Ps 104:5,

"Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed
for ever." (KJV)

Also Ec 1:4,

"Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever."
(NIV)

Ps 78:69,

" He built his shrine like the heavens, like the earth which he
founded forever. " (NAB)

And Ps 119:90,

“Through all generations your truth endures; fixed to stand firm like
the earth.“ (NAB)

Isaiah 45:18  For thus saith Jehovah that created the heavens, the God
that formed the earth and made it, that established it and created it
not a waste, that formed it to be inhabited: I am Jehovah; and there
is none else. 

But some may say, Peter said the earth would be burned up with fire.
Alright, let's take a look at it. If God wrote the Bible, it cannot
contradict itself.

2 Peter 3:6  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with
water, perished:

It said the "world" at the time of the Great Deluge "perished".
Actually, the planet earth remained. So what did Peter mean?

He meant the world of wicked mankind perished. So "world" here meant
the people. Alright let's skip down to Vs 7:

Alright, let's take a look at it. If God wrote the Bible, it cannot
contradict itself.

2 Peter 3:7  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same
word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment
and perdition of ungodly men.

First, there is nothing wrong with the literal "heavens". (universe)
Thus Peter meant here the high status that some people are in. The
"earth" in this case is like the world in verse 6. Peter says they are
reserved for fire. 

If the universe is infinite, then man's contamination of it is like a
millionth of a millionth, etc, etc, of it. God is not going to destroy
all that He made with literal fire. FIRE in many cases in the Bible
means TOTAL DESTRUCTION, just like a fire does to objects. 

Vs 10. The "heavens" shall be burned up. Those wicked one in high
stations of life, will cease to exist. (be burned up) The "earth", the
wicked people on it, will also be burned up. (totally destroyed)

Vs 13 There will be a "new heavens". The wicked ones in charge of
important things, will be replaced with righteous ones. The "new
earth" will have all the wicked of the general population, replaced
with only righteous ones. 

THUS PETER DOES NOT CONTRADICT any of those Scriptures above that say
the earth will always exist.
