Yes indeed. And many older uncircumcised diabetics will have raw, cracked, painful foreskins from the disease called diabetic balanoposthitis. Rates of diabetes are shooting up because rates of obesity are shooting up. MOST American adults are obese now. Europe, Asia, S. America not far behind. For the first time in history there are more fat people on earth than hungry people.  So this disease, where diabetes rots out the tip of the foreskin, will become common.Ugh.

I feel so sorry for uncut guys. But it's the fault of ignorant, neglectful parents.
