I agree Chinese will never want circumcision because their penis is already so small.  Also Indians will never want it because their religion is against it.  So that is the two countries with the biggest population in the world and these two are growing fast, in fact India will soon be bigger than China.  I do not think many countries or people will convert to or from circumcision, so it is all about demographics, which world population will grow the most, circumcised or uncircumcised? On the circumcised side the main demographic is muslims. They have nearly 2 billion in the world and they have many children.  So everything depends on future birthrates.
