When the great social experiment ends

PORTLAND AND SEATTLE SOCIAL EXPERIMENT
I wonder how much longer it's going to be before prison busses flow into th=
ose cities like water early in the morning and start rounding up the druggi=
es and other miscreants and start taking them to jail, or perhaps a prison =
camp to process and hold them for court trials? Maybe even procecute past r=
ecorded crimes and felonies that were recorded but not leading to an arrest=
 at the time leading to massive multicentury prison sentences for some?

Neverland/"Lord of the Flies" can't go on forever when money is being drain=
ed out of the city for something of negative value.
