Tech: Wurlitzer 1900 Selector Issue

My W1900 will not make selections. The solenoids and switches in the selector switch assembly seem to be working correctly. The signal just doesn't seem to be making it down to the selector solenoids, and those solenoids aren't firing to release the latch pins. Any suggestions on where to start trouble shooting?
